Jacob was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. He tailored the tour to match our priorities, made objective and beneficial suggestions to help us improve our plans, and made sure we were comfortable and well informed throughout the whole experience.
Jacob personally gave us a group safari of the parks and later helped arranged a separate, and individual, climb of Kilimanjaro.
I do not have enough words of praise, and deep appreciation, for Jacob and Mazingira tours for providing unforgettable memories regarding my Africa experience. When I return, I will not hesitate in calling him again and would highly encourage others to do the same.

Couldn't be better
For 12 days, Mazingira Safari guided me and 5 other photographers to amazing photo ops, mind-blowing encounters with large and small animals and birds, and introduced us to the heart-stopping wonder of the natural world, the northern migration of thousands of wildebeest across the Mara River from Kenya into Tanzania. With great attention to detail, customer service and safety, Jacob is the perfect safari outfitter. He tends to every aspect of the trip, whether it is the seating at a meal, the rooms assigned in accommodations or the food served to clients with allergies. The custom-designed vans are comfortable and offer great viewing from all seats

A Perfect Safari
I was working in Tanzania and found myself suddenly with four free days. I contacted Mazingira with 2 days' notice and little idea of what I wanted. They accomplished the near-impossible, putting together an itinerary, gathering permits, and tweaking the details to my liking up the last minute, including late-night discussions via WhatsApp. I was able to cover Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Ngorongoro wit a superb, knowledgeable and experienced guide. I can't believe how well they took my vague blueprint and created a world-class experience for me.

Amazing Agent
Mazingira safari is my Tanzania based agent for all my Tourist going to Tanzania. Jacob and Moses are the best guide ever. I had opportunity to accompany for our 21 days Tour in Kenya and Tanzania. All the clients were that happy even during the departure time some shred tears of happiness. The company vehicles are luxury and in good conditions. Me with my group, the Italian tourist, things were fantastic with Mazingira Safari company.
Our safari was very excellent, all services were excellent, the tour guides were excellent, we enjoyed to be in Tanzania than any safari we made in our life. All groups who came with me to Tanzania with Mazingira safaris, are now having the so called (Mal di Tanzania instead of Mal D'Africa in Italian language) that means a big ambitions to go back to Tanzania. Jacob is the Best
Jacob was an amazingly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and personable guide. He was patient and persistent in pursuing the memorable moments of an experience like this - I didn't feel rushed. He brought along great provisions, binoculars, and, on the last day, before heading out, he took me to the bank. The ATM "ate" my card, leaving me with no money. He loaned me money to get home (which I returned to him via wire, of course) - amazing experience. Decent person through and through.
