The operator was very friendly, polite and kind.
My experience at the Adventure forest Park was thrilling and exciting thanks to Magic Africa Safaris.
The tour operator was very coordinated and organised..always checked on me and my friends to make sure that we were having a good time.
We definitely got value for our money and more.
I would recommend anyone traveling to Uganda to definitely get in touch with them.

An amazing team of happy, understanding and fun people to travel with.
I got to know about Magic African Safaris through a friend who knows I love to travel and had shared a poster of their trip dabbed "Karibuni Mombasa"
The cost of the trip was fair & exciting, so i paid immediately before slots got done.
I also realised Magic has managed so many trips given the number of clients in its WhatsApp group where everyone was extremely excited for the Mombasa tour. This gave me confidence that my trip would be super awesome.
Indeed, the trip was fun filled with awesome & happy people looking out for each other.
It was my first time going to Mombasa and Magic gave me a chance to see and enjoy more than what I had imagined.
Magic also gives a chance to people to pay in installments for any trip of their choice since they organise many trips throughout the year.
I will definitely use Magic African Safaris again for many more trips to come.

Magic Africa safari provides an awesome local experience with international tour standard.
I learned about MAS from a long-time friend, the transport offered with a van was great( esp we were not many people). The pricing for the tour package was extremely acceptable for my budget and worked well given that it came with food and accommodation. We had a nice game drive seeing plenty of wildlife, and the magical Murchison Falls. The sights were amazing, I especially enjoyed the company of my fellow tourists, as usual, Ugandan people are fun, outgoing, and practical.
I would highly recommend Magic Africa Safari if you want to experience a non-fancy African Safari that gives you a local touch. The communication shared by the managers is off the top, I felt taken care of and part of this family. I definitely would like to do another visit to other parts of East Africa with Africa Magic Safari. Just give me some vegan food next time :)

Warm grtgs travel enthusiasts n nature lovers.....thinking of road trips, boat cruises n being airborne... Look no other "Magic African Safaris" is ur trusted planner n executer. Our recent excursion to Mombasa-Kenya was a real life road trip experience intertwined wiz a SGR train marvel, ferry ride n ocean boat craze. We traversed great landscapes (great rift valley) n luxuriant vegetation (baobab trees & savanna grasslands), coupled wiz amazing wildlife (antelopes, crocodiles, giraffes, giant tortoise, dolphins)... On-point meticulous tourism sites (Fort Jesus, Old Mombasa town) n undeniably beautiful accommodation. Thinking of coastal foods, reason is left to taste n preference. Imagine da feel of a spiced octopus sauce, roasted lobster, fresh coconut water, to mention but a few....I owe my love-bound memories to Magic Africa Safaris.

No professionalism
The points given are only for the itinerary. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities planned and the company of fellow travellers who organised themselves and kept themselves in high spirits throughout the trip. The management team lacked the basics of professionalism organisation and customer care. Their ability to handle crisis situations was abysmal given how many obstacles we faced. No mention of complimentary anything or compensation for things going wrong. As a first time client, I was greatly disappointed. I would try them again in a few years when they are more focused and organised because I believe they have great potential.

Striving but Lots of laissez-faire
I was on a trip to Mombasa organized by MAS. The set activities were fan with reflection of value for money. However, Communication was extremely poor and this got us into un called for long delays and fatigue that at times took out the joyous moments.
