We went on a 3 day tour with Kanuth Adveture Safaris and had the same planning as the previous review. And we would defenitely do it again!!!
We really enjoyed the boat safari on the first day and we saw loads of birds, crocos, Hippos and a monitor lizard thanks to our capitain who was good in spotting the animals.

Also the food was really good and we enjoyed the game drive with Toni, who made sure that we've seen a lot of animals, including a lion having lunch. Also the walking safari was interesting, to make you discover the ecosystem with a closer look on traces and smaller animals like insects. We also liked the landscape a lot, which is beautiful with its lakes, the river, trees and the mountains in the background. The animals were quite shy which made the game drive more interesting, as it didn't feel like in a big zoo (that's what we heard some people saying about Serengeti) but we still saw a lot of them and sometimes very close. All in all we can highly recommend to go on Safari with Kanuth Adventure Tours, they are a very good choice and will try everything to make you get what you expect!

First of all it was a great trip with an experienced crew. First day we went for boat safari, where we saw crocs, hippos and birds. The second day, we went to Selous game reserve where we saw almost every animal we could see there. There is known fact that lions are not so abundant in Selous, and you have to go to Serengeti to see them. But with this crew, everything is possible. We searched for a ... Read more while, but Kanuth and his crew managed to find lions and other animal living there. The third day was a walking safari. It was quite interesting due to how close we were to the wild elephants, and at the same time within a safe distance. We stayed at the Hippo camp, close to animals habitat. Therefore the experience was more intense since we practically lived one with the nature. The staff of Hippo camp were polite and helpful, and food was outstanding. Kanuth and his crew really knew the animals habitat and gave us a good experience. Highly recommended!

We had a 4-day private safari trip to Mikumi National park incl. visit to Udzungwa waterfalls. The whole tour was arranged just as perfect as possible. Pick up at htl was in time, car was clean, comfortable & huge as for 2 of us :) Our guide Toni is worth of special attention. He is a great guy. Toni made his best for us to see 4 of Big Five (believe it's not so easy in Mikumi). If you travel t ... Read moreo Mikumi, we highly recommend to stay at Angalia Tented Camp. Actually Kanuth Adventures booked it for us according to our special request (usually they offer Tan Swiss Lodge) , it was their 1st booking indeed, but now I think it's not the last :) This place if worth visiting- real nature at its best!!! Overall, it was awesome! Thanks to Kanuth Adventures for making our honeymoon safari unforgettable!!! Next time in Tanzania we will definitely book new trip at Kanuth Adventures.

This was my second trip with Kanuth Adventures Safaris before my first one to Mikumi National Park. Yet another wonderful trip this time to Selous Game Reserve. It is always fun to go out there to the wilderness with Kanuth and his team. Highly professional, carrying and happy team!!! You get to see how the reserve changes its colours from the down to dusk. Bush walking was my favourite with the local guide walking bunch of westerners through a crazy jungle. Fun Fun Fun!!! Highly recommend Kanuth for any Safari trips. I myself am planning third one with them to Serengeti this time.

A group of 14 went on safari to Selous National Park. The whole trip was a great experience from start to finish. We saw all the Big 5 and both Kanuth and Tony went out of their way to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see, from the river safari to the walking tour and the jeep ride. The food was excellent and Hippo Camp was everything it needed to be for the trip we had planned! Couldn't r ... Read moreecommend Kanuth Adventure Safaris more!

Dream come true !

First of all, Kanuth is an awesome guy !!
I was in a group of 5 people, and we had the time of our life. We saw all the BIG FIVE, and the trip was such an adventure. It's now 4 months since I was there, and I think about the trip all the time. It was sooo amazing, and yea just really a dream come true.
We had our own cook on the trip as well, named "Banana" and he made the BEST food ever.
Kanu ... Read moreth made everything he could to make the trip "our own" so whatever wishes we had, he did his very best to try and fulfill them - in which he succeeded.
I should mention, our safari lasted for all in all 6 days. Two days were spent on driving from Dar es Salaam to Arusha and back (We were picked up in Dar es Salaam and driven back by Kanuth as well). The parks we attended were Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. On the way we also visited a Maasai village, and there was always something to see when driving between the parks as well. He also booked two hotels/motels for us to stay in, in Arusha, and they were both great.
I will highly recommend Kanuth Adventure Safari's to anyone planning on going on a safari.
I am already planning on going back.

We were 5 people who went on a 4-day safari into Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. There was one chef with us who made good food for us, and one driver/guide who was really good at spotting animals and knew exactly where to look for them, and he knew so much about each animal. From "the big 5" we spotted all except leopard which seems to be the hardest one to spot, and in addition to ... Family with kids age 9,13,16 enjoyed a fabulous safari trip with Kanuth out of Dar to Selous.
Great communication with minibus through the country to Selous camp. Super safari and food, and camp was rustic as we expected, but that was what our family budget could afford. Tremendous views from Hippo Camp across the river.

We went on a three day safari with Kanuth. We booked a tour in Salous, but because of the rain he organised a trip to Mikumi for us and it was great! The accomodation was below the standards of the lodge in Selous, but we still good enough. You can trust Kanuth no matter what and he will be there for u!
