We found Benson Tours online. He was very quick to respond to all email. Our luggage didn't arrive from Nairobi (we were coming after touring in South Africa) but Benson himself was extremely helpful. He arranged one of his drivers to go to the airport the very same evening to pickup our bags. All communications with the airline and airport staff was done by Benson. It was a great relief!

Benso ... Read moren put together a great eight day itinerary for us. Our guide/driver, Mr. Goodluck is very knowledgeable and spoke English well. He was very accommodating and answered all of our questions about the country and its animals. Accommodation in all places were superb except for Arusha. There was a mix-up but Benson rectified it by paying for our lunch and dinner on the day of our arrival. All in all the safari was beyond our expectations.

Everything was good, our drivers/guides (Paul and George) were very friendly and professional from the pick up at the airport to the last day. I absolutely recommend Benson for your experience in Tanzania.

It was a great adventure. I spent 9 days with my family there. Our guide/driver Piter was very friendly and it was pleasure to spent time with him. All days were flexible for us and we had also posibility to use tailor made program. Accommondation was romantic, mostly in the middle of national parks. Our food was excelent.

My mom and I really appreciated our safari with Godson who speaks an excellent french. We saw a lot of animals since the guide was always in contact with the other guides. Hotels were comfortable and food was nice.

Benson Safari was so professional from start to finish. All the staff were excellent. Our safari was amazing.

Communication was excellent along with the service. We were looked after brilliantly by our guide Peter and met up with Benson at the end of our safari in Arusha before flying home. I would highly recommend Benson safaris.

He traveled with us throughout Tanzania, which was great being that we had a familiar face day after day. I really felt like I was in the cool crew when we were with Frank, he knew everyone! Not only that, our jeep was more equipped than any other jeep! The picnic nap folded out when lunching, food more appetizing than the rest of the tourists around , variety of different beverages (including wine :-)) AND outlets to charge our cameras!! Our accommodation for all of the places, Tanzania and Zanzibar were breathtaking. Really all the staff made us feel very welcomed and safe. Again, every detail was on point! We were five students looking to explore Tanzania- our school used Benson travel so we decided to use it as well. Our 7 day safari (which is really 5 days with travel and transfers) turned out to be perfect. Our guide, Peter, was amazing at spotting animals (sometimes, even better than our binoculars) and made sure that we had a great time while in Tanzania. We went to Serengeti, Ngorogoro crater ... Read more, Lake Manyara and Tarangere. Our favorite night was definitely in the moving camp in serengeti- we could hear lions from our tent! It was awesome.
