The comminication was very prompt. All questions were answered immediatley. I was very pleased with the tour. The vehicle was comfortable. The food was good. Our guide was friendly and well informed.

The guide found all the big 5, he was experienced and pleasant. I came back to Arusha the following year. On this trip i got sick, and the only person i trusted to call was Benson. He helped me to find a good hospital and i got the treatment i needed. I have been on safari with another company in the aerea befor, but if I will come back for another safari in the future, I am sure I will book with Benson again. We had such an amazing 8-day safari with Benson Safaris. I researched and contacted many operators and knew right away that Benson put a great deal of care and attention to detail to make it a special experience; I'm so happy we went with his company. Read more were luxurious, and our guide (Max) was tremendous. We had so many incredible moments viewing wildlife and Max knew everything there is to know about anything we asked. We're happy we saw Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks (which are just stunning) in addition to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We also loved the beautiful Lake Natron, but it was very warm in October and a long, bumpy journey. Can't say enough about this trip. Everything went according to plan - including allowing for last minute changes to some activities. We saw an amazing number of animals, stayed in comfortable surroundings, had great food and plenty of it. There was a good mix of things to do and see.
