Location rather than luxury!
Fantastic location, staff and breakfast. Disappointing room - aircon unusable due to noise and dirty tissues found in bed!!! No attempt by reception staff to apologise

Overpriced.
For what we received the charges were exorbitant--the room was not in order upon arrival, water not hot, pool hours limited so that once one returns from the cruise the pool was closed, cruise time was fine but the distance and information limited, family rooms sleep six but only four allowed (????), price was more upon arrival than quoted in the email. Honeymoon trip to Victoria Falls
Everything was very well handled by Falcon Safaris, from the transfers to the itinerary of activities. We got to do everything we wanted to do while we were there...and then some!!
The staff was very friendly & helpful in making our trip truly a dream come true.
Also, we highly recommend the Victoria Falls Hotel, as it was the perfect venue for our Honeymoon!!

From the first internet contact, we were taken in hand with quick responses to questions, a good proposal of trips to fit into our schedule and an efficient booking process. The secured credit card payment facility was very reassuring.

the stafff responded immediately and provided valable service at each contact
the call-centre and guides and drivers were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. the river ferry standards are to low and need an upgrade. The team themselves where quiet good at their work. the helicopter services were very professional.
i will gladly use Falcon again and will recommend them unreservedly to friends and family
