From the time we were met at Livinstone Airport, through to our stay at the excellent Zambesi Sun, to our trriver cruise on the Zambesi, to our microlight flights over Victoria Falls, to our airport transfer everything was perfect. A great trip. Thank you.

For what we received the charges were exorbitant--the room was not in order upon arrival, water not hot, pool hours limited so that once one returns from the cruise the pool was closed, cruise time was fine but the distance and information limited, family rooms sleep six but only four allowed (????), price was more upon arrival than quoted in the email. Everything was very well handled by Falcon Safaris, from the transfers to the itinerary of activities. We got to do everything we wanted to do while we were there...and then some!!
The staff was very friendly & helpful in making our trip truly a dream come true.
Also, we highly recommend the Victoria Falls Hotel, as it was the perfect venue for our Honeymoon!!

the call-centre and guides and drivers were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. the river ferry standards are to low and need an upgrade. The team themselves where quiet good at their work. the helicopter services were very professional.

i will gladly use Falcon again and will recommend them unreservedly to friends and family

We enjoyed the Boma dinner (a good start for feeling the African atmosphere) as well as the dinner at the Ilala Lodge.

The Chobe full day safari in Botswana was a tremendous and unforgettab ... Read morele trip. The morning river cruise and the game drive in the afternoon, including the lunch at the Raft (on the river!) offered us a touching scene of the wildlife just a few inches from the boat or the 4x4 !

We won't tell about the beauty and the magic of the Falls which were the reason of our coming to Zimbabwe. Everybody shall come there and visit once in his life !

Playing golf at the Elephant Hills remains a must for any golfer travelling around (impalas, kudus, monkeys and many other hosts joined us at each hole). We thank Honest and his colleague for their precious advices when caddeying for us.

At last but not least, the dinner with a special menu at the Victoria Falls Hotel was an excellent opportunity to feast and enter the New Year.

At the end, the schedule has been a little bit tough. Fortunately, we did the heli flight, not without some stress but with a lot of pleasure and emotion. We could not have left Zimbabwe without saying a last goodbye to the Falls....from the sky !

From the time of booking there was very good communication with the staff. All the bookings were done properly and i did not experience any problems when checking in the hotel. However, the only problem was that there was no explanation as to where one of the lodges booked was. The taxi man had a nightmare trying to locate the lodge. I think in future Falcon Safaris need to provide a total package ... Read more which includes someone waiting for you at the airport. There was also no feedback from anyone from Falcon Safari during my stay at the booked hotel. All in all it was a good experience.

Falcon Safaris have professional staff and their service is excellent, for me they even went an extra mile when i forgot my things in the hotel room that they booked for me.
