They listen to you and that matters more than anything else. They find the best hotels, the perfect room and the most unique experiences. Hotels and meals were excellent and our guides were knowledgeable and flexible. Everything in our itinerary was meticulously planned, yet there was always time for extra shopping, art galleries, etc. We had Reuben as our guide in Kenya for the second time and he was the best guide we have ever had. He's like a professor of zoology. Anytime I needed Amos or Betty for anything, I called and they responded. You are not getting a cookie cutter high level experience with Crimson Brooke Safaris. I loved Crimson Brooke's communication immediately. I'm not used to booking package holidays/deals so it felt quite unusual to me to have paid a lot of money and to hand over control on the "safari" element of our trip. But all went well!
They created a whatsapp group before the trip and were very quick to answer questions in it whilst we were in Kenya.
John - our guide and driver picked us up at the airstrip with a goodie bag which was sweet and handy (a big brimmed hat & insulated water bottle in particular) - and was very knowledgeable and professional + a good driver (we had a private jeep which was worth it). He would check in with us on what we wanted to do during our game drives.
We didn't know our package was all inclusive in terms of drinks so that was a surprise upon arrival - probably good for CBS to include when sending quotes as some other companies did (it wasn't a neccissity our side), we also got a free massage (not sure if that was for Valentine's?). Would most definitely recommend!
