Complain at all. Also me being vegetarian was not a problem and one offerd always a vegetarian option.
Only For me its was too cold quite often (may be a personal feeling) during that season, others enjoyed it especially because of that.

I booked everything on-line and my experience was exceptional. There was not a detail left unnoticed, all the recommendations were out standing; an unforgettable experience. We had excellent drivers and guides. I'd highly recommend Knapp Tours for all of your Africa trips, I'll certainly book with them again.

We organised a private tour of Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta through Knap Tours, including pick up from Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. The tour was well organised, and there was great communication from Julian before and during the tour. We ended up having an incredible four days, and I would not hesitate to recommend Knap Tours for any safari arrangements in the region.

Communication was great and the service was also top notch. Kay drove us from Johannesburg to Kruger and we felt really safe with him. He was also really open in sharing and we enjoyed our conversation with him. Keegan was brilliant and attentive for our safari tour. Would highly recommend Knap Tours.

I had the most wonderful safari experience on Feb 23rd this year. The whole day was just beyond my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, there were rains forecast, similar to the previous 3 days, which didn't happen. Secondly, almost immediately after arrival at the park gate I was assigned a driver, absolutely no hanging about and we were off. Within 5mins we had seen Hippos! yes, Hippos, ... Read morefour of them in fact. It was incredible. We then saw zebras, wildebeest, elephants aplenty, rhinos and the most elusive of all cheetahs. It was a six hour drive with a break for lunch in-between that just whizzed by. Thank you Theo (?) the driver for providing such an amazing experience.
