Planned a trip to Namibia with them. My contact was Matthew who was amazing. Quick in responding be it on email or instant messaging. Understood what I had in mind, helped me build the basic plan, and then spent time guiding me on how to adjust my trip to squeeze in everything I wanted to do, activities I wanted to book etc. Every time we did an adjustment, the link/app of my personalized itinerar ... Read morey was updated in less than 5 minutes. Everything "on the ground" was as promised (and more, we were provided with extra material like maps, instructions, extra safety phone, all contacts etc). They cooperate with Africar, one of the main providers of rental cars in Namibia, for whom I can honestly say the same.
The only thing I would suggest to them is that some of the small, local "activities" could be booked upon request directly by them, catering to "lazier" travelers who only want one point of contact.
Can safely say they will be my agency of choice for my next trip in Africa.
