Going the Bespoke route was foreign to me, and I did have some apprehension that this could be a no-frills experience. Instead I was met at the airport by a representative, driven to my first night's room. There another representative from their partner came to greet me, introduce me to Namibia, and provided a very thorough briefing and package of needed information. From that moment on I lost all worries on this trip if something went wrong, I knew I had someone to back me up. The detail and information they provided made the trip experience worry free, headache free. It allowed me to just go out and enjoy the time I had driving from Windhoek to Etosha to Grootberg to Purros to Damaraland to Windhoek. Shortly after their partner left, my Hilux was delivered to me by a Europcar representative, and he too provided a thorough briefing on everything I needed to know.

The actual trip went perfectly, lot of this was due to the thorough planning done by Indigo. Shortly after I had booked this trip I was considering 2027, and had considered just making my own booking. After this first trip I realized how much better it would be to go through Indigo again, the planning, preparation, knowledge, all come together to just make a better experience. So within days of this first trip I had already decided to book with them again. 2027, 2028, 2029....I see no reason to stop.

Highly recommend Indigo safaris. The entire process was so personalised thanks to Mathew who was fantastic to work with. The itinerary, the locations, the care was out of this world. Our honeymoon was super special and an absolute treat.

Jon, my coordinator, ensured the tour went without a hitch from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and coordinated everything to ensure that I could enjoy Masai Mara and still make my flight to Tanzania on time. The camp that I stayed at was amazing and so accommodating. Highly recommend Indigo!

Even though I only did the 2 night express safari, I felt like I was there for a week! We saw so much inside Etosha; elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes, all the antelopes and even a cheetah!

This tour certainly opened my eyes to what Namibia has to offer and I will certainly be back again.

The service was impeccable. I felt safe and catered to the entire time. From the pick up in Windhoek, to check in at the lodge, everyone was welcoming and pleasant.
