Best experience ever!!
They provide us the most taylored and customized honeymoon possible! everything was much better than we expected. We loved the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere and everyone made us feeling so incredibly special and gave us a unique insight. Over our game drives we managed to see all the big five plus some!!
You have to plan on going out more than once!

Amazing
I wish I could relive this exact trip again and again because it was perfectly curated and so much fun. Kim Wagner did such a great job planning this for my family. We loved all of the places we stayed so much, our guides were exceptional, and the flow of the trip was perfect. I'm so glad that my mom found Kim for our trip, I will definitely be using her again for our future visits to Africa and would recommend her to anyone looking to plan a safari! Kim Wagner designed and personalized the most wonderful itinerary. This was a trip of a lifetime, and every detail was perfectly curated and handled by her expertise and experience. Kim was extremely communicative during the planning of our trip, as well as throughout the entirety of our trip. She masterly ensured the whole trip went smoothly, and we felt so taken care of by her. We also appreciate how flexible she was with us while we were crafting the itinerary. Perfect!
Our 11-day Botswana safari, organized by Walter Kohrs at Safari Online, was absolutely spectacular, far surpassing even our lofty expectations. There were a few challenges to our safari itinerary that we presented to Walter, yet he was able to successfully overcome all of them. He addressed every single one of my (numerous) questions and concerns in every e-mail, and always got back to me within 24 hours, unless he advised that he would be unable to do so. In short, he has been one of the best, if not THE best, customer service managers I have met in my 60-plus years of life on Earth.
The quality of the accommodation, organization, food, guides, service, small-group safaris and animal sightings--all provided by Walter's colleagues at Desert and Delta Safaris--was simply outstanding. This tour company also works closely with Safari Air, which meant great flexibility in scheduling the flights that took us from lodge to lodge.
I have travelled to nearly 60 countries in my lifetime and enjoyed every single one of these trips, but I can truly say that our Safari Online adventure was not only one of the best trips that I have ever been on, but one of the greatest experiences of my life. My wife and I will forever be grateful to Walter. Perfect!

Karina is faultless to the last detail - professional, knowledgeable, reliable & always accessible.
Karina is amazing! Her organisational skills, experience, knowledge, reliability, accessibility and courteousness is second to none! When we contacted her initially we had some idea of what type of Safari we wanted, but asked her for suggestions. She is so knowledgeable about South Africa & made some brilliant suggestions for us! We spend 3 weeks overall at Dinaka (Kalahari Desert), Moremi, Okavango Delta, Savute & Chobe & then 3 days winding down in Victoria Falls. Our Safari was extraordinary. We had the experience of a lifetime! Our guides were extremely skilful and knowledgeable. All the flights, transfers & accommodation was smooth & according to plan. All the meals were delicious & varied - not to mentioned the Sundowners! We witnessed wild animal behaviour in their natural environment and learnt so much - incredible! Lions mating, a zebra kill by lions & an implala kill by a leopard. We also saw hundreds of elephants, many with babies, various antelopes including impala, kudu, wildebeests, baboons, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, guinea fowl etc & various beautiful birds, eagles etc. We also slept under the stars outdoors for 1 night - an amazing experience looking at the brilliant night sky & listening to the animals throughout the night. We would definitely contact Karina again, and another Safari is not off the cards. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a similar experience.

Walter at Safari Online was amazing.
From my first email to Safari Online when I was trying to find a package that was my dream holiday to my many many subsequent ones, Walter was so patient. He came up with an amazing package and the whole holiday went so smoothly. The lodges themselves were out of this world and the animals plentiful. We did 4 nights in Cape Town an 8 night safari in three lodges and a night at the end in Victoria Falls. Each hotel and staff member were fabulous and friendly. We went to Botswana.
Walter 'got us' and picked out lodges that were just what we wanted! Spectacular planning ensued! All airline flights, land transfers (even a well coordinated transfer from Botswana to Zimbawe) were amazing and they all worked.
We sure understand that sometimes things go flooey while on travel despite the travel agent's expertise. We had none.
The price/value ratio was excellent.
We have already recommended this company and Walter to many many friends.

A top quality holiday in Botswana and Victoria Falls, tailored exactly to our requirements
Walter excelled from the start and was a delight to deal with throughout. He was fastest to respond to my initial enquiry on SafariBookings.com and in a little over 24 hours we were chatting on a Zoom call where he asked all the right questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted, what our budget was, what constraints we had, and where we had flexibility. There were no assumptions, no sense that he was "steering us" towards what he wanted to sell, and absolutely no pressure.
Our options were swiftly established and concluded . When I made a mistake paying the deposit, resulting in a shortfall in the funds Walter received, there was no drama. He pointed out what I'd probably done wrong, and suggested an easy way to settle it when the final balance was paid. When we requested a change to the itinerary (after paying the deposit) he swiftly and happily obliged - no "booking amendment fees", just an addition to the final bill exactly equating to the cost of the extra night we'd added. The itineraries themselves were fully personalised with day-by-day details at each stage. Walter then kept us regularly up to date with Covid entry requirements for each country as the situation changed.
Walter provided us with his and a colleague's contact details for the full duration of our holiday - not that we needed it. Everything ran like clockwork and exactly as described. We hoped for our dream holiday: thanks to Walter our hopes were not just met, but exceeded.
