Wonderful experience with the flight connections and camp activities all superbly organised.
Thanks so much to Mark at Gondwana Tours. The suggested camps provided excellent and complementary experiences - game drives at Pom Pom, water-based activities and nature walks at Maremi Crossing. Mark met me at the Maun airport to ensure everything ran smoothly. The light plane connections were well coordinated with the camps. The accommodation at the camps was superb. On my way back mark again met me to check that everything was OK. Superb efficient and friendly service.

From the first email to the last, my dealings with Gondwana Tours and Safaris was first class. Steffi and Mark were prompt in their responses and always willing to cater to what I wanted from my safari. My trip was tailored to exactly what I wanted to see and within the dates required, even at short notice.
I received a detailed program and timely answers to all my queries, no matter how trivial.
There was no question or request too hard.
All in all, I had an amazing time away and would thoroughly recommend Botswana and Zimbabwe as destinations and Gondwana Tours and Safaris as the way to get there.

Perfectly tailored African adventure
Christelle from Gondwana Tours really hooked us up on our maiden trip to Africa. We were late booking our adventures, but she worked hard for us to include our wishlist of Vic Falls, birding and game viewing camps (Mopiri and Nokanyana) in Botswana within our budget and ensuring it was safe and manageable for a 9 year old (no small feat). All transfers (air/car/boat) to and from Cape Town airport and to our respective accommodations were seamless taking the stress off planning. Great organizacion for a fly-in safari in the Okavango
I booked a four-night, five-day fly-in safari with Gondwana Tours & Safaris. From the very beginning, the service was excellent and they helped me choose the camp that best suited my budget and interests. Their email communication was very efficient, and they confirmed receipt of payments promptly. The safari, both the plane flights and the camp, were perfect. Perfect! It was the most amazing journey of our lives!
We had the most incredible trip of our lives because of Gondwana tours! We saw so much wildlife (lions, leopards, hippo's a honeybadger lots and lots of elephants) it really is too much to put down in words. And all the places we stayed where amazing! We have spent our times in such lovely and beautiful camps. The quality was topnotch. I'm really missing Botswana, and look back to this trip with so much joy. The trip really couldn't be done better.
Especially thanks to Mark, he came with a tailormade plan for us and he really went above and beyond to help and create the best journey there is. He gave us great tips and advice and he was really thinking along with us (also to keep it in our budget). I would not hesitate for a second to book (again) with Gondwana. We are definitely going back some day! Everything was arranged perfectly!

Gondwana Tours & Safaris organized us the trip of a lifetime. We were allowed to fulfill our dream and make a round trip through Tanzania including safari and Zanzibar. The organization of Gondwana, especially by dear Mrs. Steffi Presske, made our trip something very special. Steffi responded to every small adjustment request and always had a suitable solution ready. She always took time for us and was available to us 24/7 during the trip. The choice of accommodations and the on-site safari company in Tanzania were without exception excellent. Our expectations were not only 100% met but exceeded several times. Great experience!
I went on a two week photo safari to Zimbabwe that was arranged by GTS ( (Gondwana Tours & Safaris). My trip was originally planned for 4/20 but was put on hold due to the pandemic. Nothing to fear, GTS kept in close contact with me throughout and helped to transition everything to allow for the trip to be completed this year. It involved making some changes and additions to the itinerary, not the least of which was arranging for COVID testing to be completed upon my return to the US. Everything went very smoothly and great communication with GTS staff (Jonathan) was maintained from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough of how well everything was organized and I would very highly recommend GTS to anyone planning an African safari. 10/5 stars

Botswana last minute
I came to Mark with just a couple of days to plan ahead of leaving for this trip and he put together an amazing itinerary, and gave seriously good advice for making choices. I could not have found anyone better to help me last minute - a true professional, I would trust for any of your trips.
Stayed Lebala, Rra Dinare, and Tau Pan for three nights each. December a touch hot but I knew that going in, and the viewing was spectacular. A superb trip.
