We did a spontaneous trip to Tansania and everything was organized very quickly, we could start the game drive even the next days. Also our stay for 3 weeks was amazing thanks to the team. It was no problem to amend things on request, they are very flexible, professional and always reachable.

Well organised, efficient communication and excellently staffed.
Was picked up ahead of the scheduled 4am time. My driver Abedi turned out not only to be a punctual and reliable driver he was also very good at his communication. He managed to make the 5hr+ drive there and the even longer drive back as fast, pleasant and save as possible.
I’m the park itself I was met by my guide Jepherson and our driver (apologies for not remembering his name). Jepherson sorted all the paperwork for me and off we went for the most exciting 6hrs imaginable. The guys managed to cover almost every species there is. We found two lion prides and elephants, zebras, warthogs, wildebeest, giraffes and antelopes galore. The Hippos where a bit shy mid afternoon and only showed their ears above water. Cheetahs and leopards were a no show but I did not feel dissapointed at all. All in all I was as happy as the baboons by the end of the day and can only highly recommend the experience and highest praise to everybody involved in the organisation of my trip. AMAZING
- The agency's employees were very kind, helpful, punctual and very professional.
- In the park, the driver tryed to show us almost all the species that live there. And we were extremly happy to see the lions.
- I also admired the flexibility and the reactivity of the agency's team. In fact, we have booked our safari at 8 pm of wednesday. Then, we met Madam Sultan and her team at 10 pm in our hotel where she provided all the information and we were picked up from our hotel at 4 am of thursday.
- The food in the park was delicious.

Our tour operator and was friendly and flexible to ours need. Reachable at all times.
The communication before was reliable and service (like lunch) was good and as described in the offer. We had a 1-Day-Safari in Mekumi and got picked up in time from our Hotel. The tour guide was friendly and his English was ok. He gave us enough time and were able to see all of the animals, even one lion.
The nature and everything is beautiful and I would definitely do it again!

The Head of the Company is very nice and helpful. All in all the trip was an amazing experience!
I would definitely recommend the safari with this company because everything is so well planned and secure. You don’t have to worry neither for transportation, food or water. And the people, from the driver on Zanzibar to the driver and guide on Tanzania Mainland - they are so nice!
