Very professional and organized.
My wife and I were visiting our friends in Nakuru last Summer. We heard good things about Tanke Safaris from a British couple who were familiar with the company. Despite our tight schedule and last minute booking,
Tanke lived up to our expectations. Caroline welcomed us like old friends and was very helpful. She really went out of her way to address our concerns and assuage some of our fears.
Our driver, Ole Tito (Mr. Titus) was very professional and well prepared. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions respectfully . Despite some bumpy roads in Massai Mara and Nakuru, his expertise and professional demeanor, not to mention his knowledge of English made our trip exception and worthwhile.

Great Service
Before we booked, Caroline answered all our questions very clearly and quickly.
We arrived in Nairobi 24 hours late, as a result of a flight delay. We assumed that this would mean we lost the first day of our safari but on her own initiative Caroline rebooked all our accommodation one day on so we in fact had a full tour. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Safari Hakuna Matata
We strongly recommend Tanke Tours & safaris service. My family and me (2 adults and 2 children) decided to use Tanke tours service after perfect opinions in internet. We took the our chance and we won wonderful time in Kenia under perfect supervision of Caroline Nduku. We've been traveling from Nairobi to Maasai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo West, Tsavo East, Mombasa and finally Diani under carful care of Lucky, our safari driver. We had great time together during 8 days of safari game rides. Additionally, Caroline organized for us a week stay in very nice hotel in Diani. Everything went well and according to our tour plan. There were no problems with advance payments that we made by internet according to the safari contract.
We had made with Caroline the arrangements of safari plan details by internet and whatsapp few months before we arrived to Kenya. If you are staying in any Diani hotel, you can make the arrangements of safari personally with Caroline too. Nevertheless I would recommend to make safari plan earlier, via internet.

Wonderful safari, reliable tour operator, lifelong experience !
I strongly recommend to pick Tanke tours for your guidance in Kenya. Carol is a very friendly lady, well informed and always ready to answer any question you have. She prepared tour specifically up to our wishes. First part was 4 day tour including 2 days in Masai Mara, 1 day in Lake Nakuru and the last day she helped us organize meeting with our sponsored child far from touristic places and national parks. What more, she even accompanied us on this trip. Second safari started in Diani beach and then we had 2 days in Tsavo (east and west) and 2 days in Amboseli. Everything was perfectly arranged including pick up at the airport or buying us the train ticket from Nairobi to Mombasa. Carol was always there when we needed (on mobile or whatsap). Tanke tours drivers were always on time, communicative and the safari was fun in their company.

Everything as promised. Close to perfect
Caroline is a lovely lady that really stands for her safari's. She very easy to approach by mail or whatsapp. She is patient and honest. Also interested in how your trip was. We booked 3 trips and we can highly recommand it to everyone to let Caroline arrange your tours. Our driver/guide Lucky is a fantastic animal spotter. He is funny and he knows all kind of facts.

Everything wonderful
My daughter and I booked a 3 nights/4 days Safari Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli NP in advance. Everything was perfect. Carolina organized a jeep with our own driver (Tito) for us. We had good accommodation and food, but best were the game drives with Tito - he is a wonderful guide and tries to do everything to keep the customers satisfied. If we go to Kenia again, we will book with Tanke and Caroline again!

Very professional
Everything was on time. We were able to see maximum what safari can offer :hundreds of elephants and even 4 lions very close to our vehicle. The driver was very good, trying to do the best on very rough roads.

caroline arranged a 3 days tour for tsavo east park and amboseli, the safari was amazing
I enjoyed this trip, discovering a lot of different animals (the big 5, cheetahs - which are very difficult to spot -, lions, a leopard, zebras, giraffes etc.. This was amazing. Patrick, our driver, was awesome: he did his best to make us discovered plenty of different animals and he succeeded! He is very friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend this company!!

Highly recommend Tanke for the team work and knowledge they have of the safari. joseph the driver has such keen eyes that he could spot a hippo in the lake far away from us! They knew exactly where to find the hidden giraffes leopard and even the secretary birds! The most exciting part was to witness the wildebeest crossing as they patiently staked out the right spot. What a magnificent view!
The food and accomodation is way beyond our expectation. Haven't tasted such nice food in the outdoors for a while. With them , you get a more local feel bec they know the Masai people so well so we understand more of the culture. We are still in touch with the guide and driver bec we want to go back again! Lastly Caroline the coordinator is super responsive and thoughtful. She was very accommodating with our request and even tho we were apprehensive about remitting money , she managed to assure us. Reliable and trustworthy agency!
