Therefore, when we arrived at the office of Best Memories Safaris in Diani Beach, we asked whether it would be possible to change our scheduled flight from Mombasa airport to Nairobi, to a flight from the Diani Beach airstrip to Nairobi. Isaac took care of it straight away, and cancelled our original flight and replaced it with a flight leaving from Diani Beach. Evidently, we had to pay for the difference, but that was more than worth it! Once again, the flexibility and customer orientation of Isaac was amazing! Overall, we had an amazing experience and had a safari that was organized without a glitch.

In a word fantastic
Myself and 5 other's took a 10 day Safari with Best memory Safaris. I and my friends had been on many Safaris before, but could not get over the price provided and the camps which where excellent. In a heart beat I would recommend Isaac the company owner, and Mike the tour guide.
We saw all there was to see and much more. Not to choose best memory Safaris would be a big mistake.

High Standard of Service, Very reliable an excellent company to deal with
We contacted Best Memory Safaris via the Safari bookings website, The response was quick and all my follow up questions were answered quickly.
We received excellent service, the vehicle was in good condition, it was clean and supplied with chilled water every day, the Driver / Guide Jumah was really helpful and the company boss Isaac met us at our hotel in Nairobi.
The tour to Amboseli and Taitia Hills went as planned and then we where driven to Daini Beach.
We were very happy with the service.
Tip : The Land Cruiser option although slightly more expensive gave us more space, it handled the rough Kenyan roads well , gave us an excellent viewing platform and enabled us to reach more inaccessible areas of the parks.

The best!
We found Best Memory Safaris via safaribooking.com. Six of us decided to go on a safari with this company- it was the best decision we made even though there is no a lot of reviews here. The 7-days safari suggestion from General Manager Isaac was the best of all requests we had from other companies. The service was excellent! Isaac helped us to plan all our visits, stays and sightseeings according to our wishes. Jeep (Land Cruiser) was very comfortable. Our driver Anthony- he is amazing pro with an eagle eye spotting animals from the great distance! He told us a lot about Kenya and its people, showed amazing wildlife (lions, elephants, zebras, leopards, cheetahs, etc.). We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo East and Indian ocean hotel in Diani beach.
Isaac together with his driver Anthony took us directly from Nairobi airport. It was very convenient and safe. All in all, i recommend Best Memory Safaris to everyone. Very reliable, very professional. Best of the best! Thank you and keep doing in the way you do your business.

All round perfect safari tour from start till very end.
We had a group of 6 people taking a 7 day safari tour from Masai Mara till Tsavo east and everything in between. Our first meeting with manager Issac was when he picked us up from airport, the man greeted us like old friends and considering the fact that we landed early morning he was a real sunshine, helpful and polite, he tried to answer even the stupidest questions we had.
Now to the best part, Safari tour, he Michael Jordan of safari drivers, best and most experienced driver I ever seen, his name is Anthony. We learned a lot about nature and animals, he made our experience 110% more memorable. If you ever thought of booking a safari trip, look no further than Best Memory Safaris and driver Anthony. Also I would recommend investing a little bit more and taking a Jeep for your journey and don’t forget to tip the driver since driving in there is no walk in the park.
All things considered Issac and his team delivered more than we paid for and we got Best memories for the rest of our lives.

An Amazing Experience with Zero headache.
Our trip did not start out ideally as due to at thunderstorm our flight was cancelled and we were delayed by a day, but this was absolutely no problem to us as Isaac, took care of everything and managed to shift all our bookings by a day so that we do not miss any thing. This was the first awesome moment where we realised our trip was still going to complete.
Isaac and Mike met us at Nairobi airport and from that moment on, we did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was perfectly planned and execution was almost perfect. The only trouble was that on the last day due to a personal emergency Mike had to part and we he was replaced by another driver, who had an extremely keen eye but there were certain issues with him.
However our journey with Mike was fantastic, we saw not only the big 5 but also managed to spot certain extremely shy animals. All thanks to Mike and the network he had with his radio.
The stays that were booked were all amazing except the Kongoni Lodge, that was a disappointment and I think we were there only to break an extremely long journey. Other places where we stayed were probably some of the most exclusive and I must mention Voyager Ziwame, which personally we loved the best.
Animal spotting and cultural experience was wonderful again thanks to Mike who has all the information and is extremely excited to share it.
All in all if I have to book, or should I say when I have to book another trip to Kenya, Isaac will definitely get the first call from me.

Small is beautiful.. and it comes with great value for money!
I was driven to book my 17-day vacation in Kenya with Best Memory Safaris by the good reviews I had read online, and I was not disappointed.
Isaac, GM of Best Memory, contacted us personally from day one helping us to organize our safari and a few leisure days in Diani beach before coming back to the European Union.
Getting in touch with him to plan, arrange, make changes, get suggestions or ask any kind of question was as easy as to write a message on Whatsapp. This is a fact that you will appreciate in case the unexpected happens or in case you need to rearrange a service while already in Kenya. Indeed, a small agency allows for customized service and personal touch and communications. Isaac will be following and monitoring your safari (interacting with your driver) from remote everyday, calling your driver every evening or as often as needed just to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Isaac came to welcome us in Nairobi and also came to say goodbye to Diani, where we had the chance exchange few impressions and where we also gave him a few hints to further improve his program and services.
If I can give you readers and advice, please try to book a 4WD car (van or Jeep – we had a van and it worked out perfectly).
Also be aware of distances in Kenya: roads are not always as good as in the Western world and it takes much longer than expected to go from one place to another. Most parks are located in remote areas where dust roads and big potholes are the norm. But the animals will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Isaac has planned and organized everything in the best possible way; from the picking up at the airport in Nairobi to the end of our trip in Diani Beach. Initially, I have contacted different tour operators but Best Memory Safari managed by Isaac was from the start the best option in term of response, flexibility, value and price. We are a couple and we wanted to do 2 weeks in Kenya, possibly a week with a private safari and a week on the coast of Indian Ocean. Isaac customized our tour for our budget quickly and by accommodating all our needs (to visit as many parks as possible and to have some time to relax at the beach). Everything was beyond expectations, from each lodge and food to, of course, the safari, the nature, landscape, parks, animals and friendly people. I extremely recommend Best Memory Safaris to every traveler that wants to discover Kenya. We always felt safe and without worries, pleased and amazed. Again thank you Isaac.
We also want to give a special thank our guide and driver Mike. He has spent the first week with us to drive us from a National park to another (we have visited Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsvao National Park) and to show us the animal and the nature during the safaris. Mike is formidable, kind, patience, extremely knowledgeable and always made sure that we were pleased and satisfied each day for each safari (we were also very lucky as we saw all the big 5 in the first couple of days, a wild cat and a super rare black serval chased by baboons!!!). Again, everything exceed our expectations, looking forward to come back for another trip with Best Memory Safaris!

The Best operator that we could have!
Everything about Best memory safaris was perfect. The communication from the beginning was really good and Issac the owner was very accurate and helpful. The program was made by our own needs and it was really well organized. The Driver Antony had a great experience and tried his best to please us. He was very pleasant and funny. Incredible 12 days in a wild and beautiful country
The communication with Best Memory Safaris was very easy. Isaac replied promptly via WhatsApp and implemented all are wishes on the inquiry. He was able to set up a wonderful 12-days safari in 7 different national parks even though we requested it only one week prior to arrival and secured the booking only one day before departure! Besides, he did not ask for a deposit. In Kenia, we were picked up from the airport without any incidents and where introduced to Anthony, our experienced and German-speaking driver during the following 12 days. He made all our safari dreams come true - and more. He was always eager to give us the best experience, let us see incredible scenary and all kinds of animals we could not even think of before. He was flexible enough to incorporate our own plans and - above all - was very punctual!
