Excellant service on activities
In July 2018, my wife and I spent time at Victoria falls and we used Zambezi Expeditions for our tours including cruise on the Zambezi, guided tour of the fall on Zimbabwe side and a day trip to Livingstone in Zambia. Our guide Simon Munengwa, was great, very professional, nothing was too much hassle, the tours were exactly as we wanted to make a great visit to the falls, and I would recommend this company as they were cheaper that the one located in the hotel lobby.

Rafting - Helicopter - Falls tour
Simon and Oscar took a great care of us and helped us to arrange our activities according to our expectations. They explained the whole service and were available to address any questions and concerns. You can decide if yo pay in cash or online. Very straight forward. Also they gave us superb recommendationfir trying local meal in style. Lyndon and I travel a lot and we were very happy with their services, they went above and beyond

Great guys to book your Safari tour with
My trip was 5 days long that included a Zambezi river boat cruise and then a trip to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and lastly safari in the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Simon and Oscar made sure that I am always on time for the activities throughout this trip which included being picked up from the airport till drop off. Also, crossing the Zimbabwe/ Botswana border on time in order to enjoy the chobe river cruise during the afternoon. I would like to mention William’s one on one guided tour of the Victoria falls which included detailed history of the place from the mid 1800s till now , if you are seeking knowledge while enjoying a great view of the Victoria falls , You would want William to be as your guide. Overall , the planning was well executed with no delays or any hiccups . If anyone reading this review , I ensure you that Zambezi Expedition travel and tour will take good care of you and make sure that your safari experience is the one to remember. Wishing Simon and Oscar a best of luck in this and looking forward to see them grow as one of the best tour groups in Zimbabwe

Simon went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in Chobe!
We had a great time with Zambezi Expedition on our Chobe Safari. They communicated what we could expect and set everything up for us perfectly. Our tours were great and we saw some fabulous sights including over 100 elephants at once down by the river. Simon and Oscar were kind and helpful and so excited about their work. I can highly recommend Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours.

Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours was recommended to me by my host travel lodge in Zimbabwe. I lucked out because they were the most courteous, professional, timely and attentive operators I encountered. I spent nearly a month on holiday in the south and southeast regions of Africa (South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana) which included several safaris, experiences, adventures and tours. By far, my experience with Simon and the others affiliated with ZETT ranked #1. I booked ZETT for a visit to Victoria Falls, the Lions Walk Encounter, a cruise on the Zambezi River, and a day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Each experience was great, though I did have a hiccup at the immigration department coming back into Zimbabwe. This had nothing to do with the tour company. I did not have enough U.S. cash to pay for a second Visa for reentry and the Zimbabwe Immigration Department claimed they did not have a credit card machine for the transaction — a claim I highly doubt. Traveler Tip: Take enough U.S. dollars for incidentals BEFORE arriving in Zimbabwe and be sure to obtain a “double” or “multiple” entry visa in advance at the airport on arrival. Other than this hiccup, the direct bookings through this tour company and each experience was great. I’d highly recommend.

What a wonderful day trip with Zambezi Expedition
I went for full day trip to chobe national park and saw all big 5 except rhinos. The guys are very professional and on point. I recommend you to book with this company.

Wonderful experience, value for money.
Great service - picked up and returned to accommodation. Knowledgeable and friendly guides. Tasty snacks and unlimited drinks. The tranquility and beauty make this a must-do. And you'll see plenty of hippos and maybe other wildlife as well. I would highly recommend.
