Worst Communication and Experience
We had one of the most horrible experiences with this company. Communication felt very limited to us, especially after they received our payment, and we often felt like we were on our own. We found ourselves repeatedly trying to get information, and even then, it was sometimes unclear or inconsistent.
We were grouped in a cruiser with people from various online bookings (Viator, TripAdvisor, etc.), rather than what we expected in terms of a more dedicated guide or company setup. From our previous Maasai Mara safari experience, we had full company services — from the vehicle to the guide — with clear company identification. This experience was very different from that and did not meet our expectations.
We only booked it because a friend whose friend worked there (and has since left) recommended it, which made the experience even more disappointing for us. We regret that decision.
Long story short, this wasn’t what we expected. Even the safari in the Mara seemed to start later than what we are used to, as in our previous experience, game drives typically began much earlier. Because of this, we felt short changed overall.

As per your complaint you booked a group joining safari and by that means it’s a SIC booking meaning you will have other clients on board and as your booking that was made .
The hotel you booked did you enjoy ? Yes you did as there is no complain about that meaning we did the booking as per your request .
We find it unfair for the statement of saying we scammed you which is a very strong we are Kenyans leading travel management company for 4 years in a row and we don’t scam our clients ..
Every challenges encountered we were to there to handle it and even you had a conversation with our CEO in regard to this and everything worked fine as per your trip .
That said we appreciate your feedback and do apologize for not meeting your expectations we surely looking forward to serving you better next time

Easter Amboseli Tour. Our tour operator made the holiday worth every penny.
It was my first time travelling with a tour company and Spoton made me want to book again. It definitely is worth it, from timely response to pick-up, drop-off and game drives....just fantastic!!

Bad experience
Spoton Vacations completely disappointed our expectations. We booked directly with them from Italy. The first problem was that we had to wait an hour at the airport for the driver to arrive. The second problem was that we were charged an extra for an activity that was included in the price we'd already paid. To get our money back, we had to wait until the last day, insisting with the driver despite repeated requests over the days. But the most absurd thing was the lack of attention and disorganization on the part of the agency, which admitted to having made a mistake that cost us €330. Our plan included access to Lake Nakuru for the morning safari, followed by lunch at the hotel, and finally a return to the park in the afternoon for another safari, but once we left the park, the ticket would no longer be valid. The agency didn't take any responsibility for this problem, despite admitting it was wrong. As a result, to see a beautiful part of the safari, we had to leave the next morning, having to pay €180 for the entrance fee plus €150 requested by the driver because it was unscheduled. This money was never refunded.
The safaris were beautiful, but the human experience with the agency was truly awful. This left a bitter taste in our mouths, completely at odds with the experience we'd hoped for in Africa. At the end of the trip, the driver didn't even take us to the airport because all his licenses had expired. He told us he'd pay for the taxi, but given our experience, we preferred to pay for it ourselves, as we were afraid he wouldn't have the money to pay for it, given that he had a hard time providing us with the first-day refund.
Always ask for licenses, safari vehicle insurance, and the licenses of other drivers. Make sure everything is in order, because if something happens, you could get into trouble.

Anthony provided everything my daughter and I needed to travel, and she loved the whole trip. The activties were all planned out for us which made everything convenient especially because I was with a child.

We booked a private trip to maasai mara with spoton for my moms birthday and it turned out better than we expected.Its my second time booking with them and im definately hooked and would highly recomment.
Booking us always smooth,just a whatsapp message and they respond almost immediately or less that 30 minutes.They save you the hustle of figuring out your itinierary and they are open to incoperate other activities that you may want to do.
Our guide was Mr.Moses,actually my second time on a trip with him and i would definately recommend him.He is always on time,very kind,patient,makes sure you get the best spots when doing the tour and he is an incredible photographer so you dont have to worry about having bad pictures and videos.
Spoton planned a surprise room decor and cake.Would i recommend anyone to book with them?ABSOLUTELY.You get to enjoy luxury without having to break the bank.
