Francis was absolutely fantastic from the first communication all the way through to the end of our trip. He was very helpful through the booking process and he tailored our Safari to our personal needs and preferences. The entire experience was very seamless and we felt very safe and well looked after.
Francis is extremely knowledgeable about all things Safari and Uganda. He was very patient whilst we took photos, always making sure we had a great spot! The lodges he chose were all great. Clean, well maintained and lovely staff. The car is comfortable and he's a fantastic driver.

Amazing and incredible trip in Uganda
We recently went on an unforgettable local tour in Uganda that included a thrilling safari tracking Africa’s Big 5 and an awe-inspiring experience with the silverback gorillas. Our guide, Francis, was exceptional throughout the trip. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife but also incredibly caring and patient.
During the tour, my girlfriend fell ill, and Francis went above and beyond to help. He recommended and helped us order Dawa tea, a healthy and sweet local drink that worked wonders in alleviating her symptoms. His kindness and attentive service made a world of difference in our experience.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had Francis as our guide. He truly made our trip memorable and enjoyable. If you’re planning a tour in Uganda, I highly recommend requesting Francis for an extraordinary and heartwarming adventure.

The best in the business
My husband and I had the pleasure of taking the 5-day gorilla and chimpanzee experience tour with Nature Connect Safaris. From my initial inquiry until the tour was complete, I had excellent communication from Francis regarding our itinerary, including a packing list and information on obtaining our Ugandan tourist visas. He was very proactive, and he replied quickly and thoroughly to my emails. I felt completely informed and well-prepared for our trip. Our guide, Sam, made this the best trip we have ever taken. His friendly and kind personality set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable journey. He is extremely knowledgeable, and we learned so much from him about not only wildlife, but also the history and culture of Uganda. Perfect
We had a very good safari. Francis is an excellent person and has great knowledge of the presented area. If there are minor problems, he solves them after a lot of phone calls. He is a very open person and did much more than what was expected. He also provided valuable advice. He was able to solve the communication difficulties with the translator, thus ensuring a smooth trip. I am very happy to recommend it because it adapts flexibly if needed. We had a wonderful 4 days, for which we thank you very much.

Very professional and well organised safari - we loved it!
Francis was very helpful in arranging a safari for us around our other commitments in Uganda, including pick up from Gulu. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed peaceful game drives at the pace we wanted and did not feel rushed to move on. Francis is very knowledgeable about animals and birds and good company.

an unforgettable experience with one of the best guides
We were able to go on an unforgettable tour with Francis or Nature Connect Safaris Uganda. Francis our guide was not only a perfect guide and perfect driver but he also became our friend. He looked after us lovingly at all times and my young children in particular found him simply phenomenal!
Ere spared no effort and always gave us the perfect photo opportunities and we were able to learn a lot from him about Uganda and his own not always so happy earlier life.
We will never forget our time with Francis and we will never forget Francis!
