I booked a 3 week trip around Uganda with Epic Uganda Vacation. I can recommend Epic Uganda Vacation. Here it is also possible to put together the itinerary yourself. For German speaking travelers I recommend Kenneth as a guide. He speaks German very well and has always discovered many animals that I would not have seen myself.
The tour was very well organized. The country is beautiful. There are beautiful varied landscapes, many birds and animals to discover. The lodges were all well chosen, the rooms were good and the food was good too.

fantastic magical trip
We went for a gorilla/chimp/queen elizabeth park safari trip and it was fantastic holidays. Really well organized and rich in activities. Moses was more than a guide, he has been a good friend during the whole experience.
We just had to go with the flow and enjoy the beauty of uganda.

great experience of a great country
Okay, this is Africa…and that means a certain level of discomfort, and some uncertainty, is a given. Dust, bad roads, bland food, bottled water only. Driving times are always underestimated. That said, Uganda is beautiful. The wildlife and birds are amazing. Epic has great guides who do their best to accommodate the needs and wishes of their guests, and who know the country and wildlife well. At the most popular locations (Gorillas, chimps, etc.) you are in the hands of local guides and rangers who are also first rate. Overall an excellent and authentic African and Ugandan experience! Recommended.

Our Excellent One Week Trip in Beautiful Rwanda with Epic Uganda Vacation!
In January, 2025, the two of us visited Rwanda for the first time, travelling with Epic Uganda Vacation. From the planning stage with Jonathan in the office, to the trip itself with Moses, we had an excellent experience! Our one week itinerary included visiting sights in the capital, Kigali, the former capital, Nyanza, plus Akagera, Volcanoes, and Nyungwe Forest National Parks. Everything went smoothly while we explored that beautiful and underrated country!

Amazing 3 day tour in Rwanda and Uganda!
We had an unforgettable 3-day tour in Rwanda and Uganda with Moses as our guide! He showed us around Kigali, took us to Volcanoes National Park for the golden monkey trek, and then into Uganda for the incredible gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Moses was absolutely amazing—funny, accommodating, and so easy to get along with. He made sure everything was taken care of, from organizing our activities to helping us cross the border and get our visas.
