Flexible, helpful and fast
I made the terrible mistake to book very late and the also the wrong week. SVAI helped me all the way and managed to rectify everything which was not easy, I’m sure. They did very well

The responses of SVAI are very prompt which is important when you want to finalise your itinerary quickly. There are always plenty of options given and SVAI is also happy to look into other options that we suggest. SVAI seems to understand what we want and hence the customised itinerary feels very appropriate.

Amazing Safari and Beach : Tanzania & Zanzibar
We’ve recently returned from a safari trip to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Central & North Serengeti, took a balloon ride and then flew onto Nungwi, Zanzibar, all arranged by Priyal and her team at SVAI Luxe Escapes.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team (Priyal, Martha & Helen), they were extremely efficient, answering all our queries, and we had a quite a few.
We had the most amazing time. Our driver/guide Emmanuel Urio ensured we saw everything and his knowledge of all the animals, culture, geography and wildlife throughout the whole trip made it so much more enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond. We were able to see the great migration which was a once in a lifetime experience!
Zanzibar was also part of our amazing trip and was as beautiful as the photos suggest and we had a wonderful visit to Stone Town with the very lovely Ally.

Excellent service, above and beyond, in every respect
Everything about my 2 day trip to Mikumi was outstanding: the accommodations were excellent, food was delicious and my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration, transportation was seamless throughout the trip and SVAI were all the time reachable and willing to adjust according to my needs. I was impressed by their professionalism. Needless to say, the main goal of the trip, the game drive in the national park, was simply astounding. My guide was highly experienced and knowledgeable and the park itself is just a wonder of nature. The Maasai village which I visited on the second day was also a very interesting experience and an opportunity for an authentic interaction with the Maasai people themselves.

Service, comfort and care to another level
What can I say? This has truly been a trip of lifetime, and SVAI was intrumental in making it a reality. We were a group of extended family travelling toghether with three generations which meant vast difference in age. The SVAI team delivered an itinerary that suited all travellers in such a nice way. It was comfortable and well balanced. And of top of it all, they were always easy to reach and very responsive. Another big benefit was that every staff member, down to drivers and guides were great at communication and hospitality. To me SVAI is the goto when travelling in Africa from now on, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling there. An incredible experience & trusted travel company!
Priyal and her team organised our trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar in November 2024 for our family - 4 elderly, 2 children and my husband & I.
From get-go, Priyal was extremely proactive, organised & accommodating -- proactive in terms of giving us multiple options & trusted advice; organised in terms of quick turnaround times for requested changes, options etc and accommodating in terms of being very understanding about unplanned changes at our end and doing her best to accommodate for them.
The trip was very well planned and barring a few very minor improvements, overall the service, logistics, people, accommodation, safari etc was OUTSTANDING!
A special shout-out to her and her team for working very hard to help us manage the logistics for an unplanned medical emergency at our end. For a situation, where any other travel company would have washed their hands off the problem, Priyal not only understood and empathised with our challenge, but also went to great lengths to recover some funds with their vendors. This further added confidence, trust and genuine appreciation for Priyal.
While I dealt exclusively with priyal for my trip, I do know her team at SVAI was with her every step to help plan, organise and adjust for our trip.

A Most Memorable Vacation
I’d like to highly recommend Priyal and her team at Savai. They have been exceptional in every way. We traveled with family and friends to Tanzania in September 2024, and our two-week journey was seamless from start to finish. Our itinerary included a four-night stay in Dar es Salaam to connect with family and friends, a four-night safari adventure through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti National Parks, and a relaxing four-night stay at a beach resort in Zanzibar.
Throughout the trip, Priyal and her team provided outstanding service, making the experience completely stress-free.
