What an amazing trip that was!
We booked a trip of 14 days that took place in both Kenya and Tanzania and we enjoyed it all the way.
From the beginning with Henry from Josero tours the communication was perfect. Every questions we had was answered very quickly.
During the tour our 2 guides (David in Kenya and Thomas in Tanzania) were just the best. They had great knowledge of the parks, the wildlife, the culture ... and they were very good at giving us the best photo spots. They were very caring of our needs and always made sure we were okay and confortable.
Every accommodations were also good choices. The food was always great, the rooms were nice and every staff members made us feel welcomed.
We were lucky enough to see the big 5 and had so many special moments that are now going to be carved into our memories forever.
P.S. : Be prepared for a very bumpy ride hahahah

I would highly recommend Josero Tours for anyone looking for an amazing safari experience, especially in Kenya or Tanzania. When I first started looking to book a safari in January, there were so many companies and it was very overwhelming. But then I found Josero Tours. Henry had great communication and was so helpful every step of the way. From the moment we met Henry and Charles (our safari guide) at the Nairobi airport, every part of our trip was seamless and the level of service was outstanding. Whether we were in a tented camp, lodge, or hotel, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure all our needs were met. Charles was an amazing guide for us throughout Kenya. He ensured we were comfortable, made sure we saw a plethora of animals, and taught us many things about the wildlife, people, and Kenya. Our Tanzanian guide, Nurui, was also wonderful. He was so kind and always in a good mood. He worked very hard to make sure we saw many different animals, that we were safe, and well taken care of. This was a trip of a lifetime and we are sad to leave Africa. As a mom traveling with her two young daughters, we felt perfectly safe everywhere we went and the guides always looked out for our well-being and enjoyment. Everything exceeded our expectations, so do not hesitate to book with Josero Tours for your Africa adventure. We had an amazing 2-night, 3-day Masai Mara safari with Josero Tours and Safaris. Judith was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, and she even arranged a wonderful alternative lodge when our original accommodation became unavailable. The Masai Engai Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our driver Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Josero Tours and Safari in Kenya. All the planning was done remotely but phone calls and emails in response to our questions were very prompt and accommodating. We were met at the airport right on time by Mr. Henry and Mr. Charles even though our plane travel was delayed by a day.
All details of our trip were well in hand. Our transport took us straight to the Mara Triangle hotel, the Serena Mara Lodge, a 6.5 hour adventure through the countryside. Our hotel was 50 km inside the park gates on a hill overlooking a wide view of the savanna. Everything we could have needed was anticipated.
Our driver and safari guide for three days was Mr. Charles. He was knowledgeable and was able to locate and identify many animals in the 510 square kilometer park. We found zebra, wildebeest, warthog, gazelles, impalas and all kinds of variety of antelope. We found lionesses on the hunt as well as jackal, hyena and all manner of large and small birds. We even saw a male lion and lion cubs hidden under brush.
I definitely recommend a safari experience with Josero Tour and Safari!!

The best customised safari experience we could have wanted.
The safari experience was wonderful. Our guide Charles was personable, knowledgeable, a safe driver and was respectful of the animals and the environment. We spent three nights in the Maasai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru and passing back to Nairobi through Lake Naivasha. The wildlife was amazing. I couldn't believe the number and variety of animals we saw, which was thanks to Charles who was patient and persistent in the search. For bird lovers the boat ride on Lake Naivasha is a must.
The hotels we stayed at were very good. We stayed at Sarova Lodge in the Maasia Mara and Sopa Lodge in Nakuru. Both were excellent, great food which accommodated the game drives schedules. The rooms were very comfortable.
Henry arranged our trip, he was clear and responsive in communication. He was very flexible in adjusting to our priorities. He also gave extremely good advice in trip planning.
