The best operators in Tanzania!
5/5

The cooks/food (Musa) was incredible. The guide (Mandela) made sure we saw the big 5 +. He had the eye of an eagle and the spirit of a lion. Trucks were safe. Overall an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

perfect arranement of our safari
4/5

perfect service from the beginning till to the end / fantastic choice of all lodges / well-educated guide during the safari: excellent knowledge, good communication, safe driver / ballooning was interesting, but the location was not choosen so well: the big beast migration took place in another national park

jopurney to sansibar:
Proposed hotel was optimal, fantastic atmosphere
The 2 tours offered on the island were not so well organized. But I am sure: this was an exception - sheet happens some time.

The trip was better than expectations; best food, best time, 100% recommend.
5/5

This trip was above any and all expectations.

Our guide (Mandala) was an amazing driver, very knowledgeable and honestly the best to be around all week! He made sure we saw as much as we could and we even saw the Big 5! Our cook (Musa) blew our minds with how good the food was every day!

We travelled with a group of 4 friends but decided no to go on a private tour. We met a lot of new friends from all over the world and I think this trip would be good for any age group!

We decided to camp and that was definitely one of my personal highlights! The tents were clean, strong, stayed dry, and the mats were very comfortable.

I will be back one day and 100% recommend Suricata Safaris

Excellent Maasai Mara 3d/2n tour
5/5

Excellent communication and organization by Mr. Wilson. He picked us up and got us dropped us as our hotel. Ensured we were in the safari van, for a 3 day 2 night Maasai Mara tour, on time and communicated very effectively and promptly. The tour was great, our tour guide Jeff spotted just about everything and was full of information about the region and animals. I’d recommend reaching out to them for a your Safari.

Mandela had the knowledge of one thousand men and the strength of six elephants
5/5

It was a trip that will never be forgotten. Our guide Mandela was a wealth of knowledge and experience, and made the experience an absolute pleasure. His eye for wildlife is unparalleled; spotting camouflaged animals from great distances, and placing us in all the hot spots to view nature so close you can taste it.
Our chef Musa had the cooking skills of a Michelin starred chef, and prepared some of the best food I’ve experienced abroad, whilst on the road with us. Incredible talent, not to be forgotten.
We saw the whole cast and crew on the lion king.

Once in a lifetime experience
5/5

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Mandella. He was highly educated and knew so much about the land and animals from being a tour guide for almost a decade. The food blew out expectations out of the water.

Machame route - Kilimanjaro. Great experience, would book again.
5/5

Booking the trip was pretty straight forward.
It was nice that the team came to complete gear check and briefing was the place I stayed. Rentals were sorted then also.
I enjoyed both John and Chukurus as our guides. They really looked after us and they were fun to be around with.

It’s been a great experience
5/5

We had a great experience!

TLDR;
We got in touch through safaribookings.com and Alex was quick to respond. We booked a 4 day private tour for 2ppl and paid a 100USD deposit through a website. On the first day we got picked up from our hotel nice and early by Gerald in his (tidy and clean) 4x4. He took us to the company’s office where we settled the outstanding bill for the tour. We had some trouble with our preferred card, but Alex and the team were very understanding and offered their mobile to call our bank. In hindsight we should have paid cash (to also avoid the tour company’s card fee, which they were very transparent about from the beginning). We then got on our way to Masai Mara with Gerald. Due to the slight delay with payment, he was very keen for us not to miss our lunch at the hotel and got us there in good time. Throughout the safari, he was on time and eager to accommodate our wishes. He frequently communicated with all the other drivers in the area to not miss any great sightings. Overall we had a really good time and would recommend this tour company to other safari goers. Thank you to Gerald, Alex and the team!

Amazing safari experience
5/5

From pick up at Kilimanjaro airport to Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Mayanara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and back via the hot springs to Kilimanjaro, what a trip! The guide Edi was exceptional and always seemed to know where to find the most exciting things to see each day...from lions or leopards in trees to a cheetah that just had its kill lined up ready to start his breakfast....lions eating enmasse, baby wildebeest running beside mum, zebra being stalked by jackals.....from sunrise to sunset he had it all covered! Elephants surrounding us and being told off by mum with her huge flapping ears as she protected her baby.....and the nerdy teenage elephant stomping his foot and throwing a large branch towards us. The smell from the hippopotamus will not be forgotten....or the sound of the buffalo snorting and munching on the other side of the tent in Simba camp. The rhino being photobombed by wildebeest was the icing on the cake. Giraffes popping their heads up to the highest trees and baboons being laid back in the morning sun. So many animals and birds, a real sight to behold. Every member of staff made us welcome and Geoffrey was so helpful. On our last day he organised a driver to take us to springs on the way to the airport and the water was so clear and cosy...a real treat to finish our time in Tanzania. Thank you all for making this such a great holiday

Great trekking on Mt. Meru
4/5

We had a great Trekking experience to the summit of Mt. Meru with Rupia Adventure. Organisation with Matt was easy and our team for the Trekking was also very nice. Our chief guide Frank has guided us safely to the summit. Also the rest of the team was very nice, especially our assistant guide Gideon.
4 out of 5 stars because of the tipping policy. Don't get me wrong, its highly common in every agency but it was a little bit too pushy.
But, the trek is fun and the sunrise views to Kilimanjaro are stunning. I can recommend Rupia Adventure for doing it.
