A good one-day safari if you are on the coast
This is a good mini-safari for anyone who is staying on the Kenya coast, especially the South Coast. However, I would not recommend traveling to the coast just to visit this reserve. It was a nice experience due to staying at the hotel on stilts and the wildlife that comes to their pond. Could get close up via the viewing room at the bottom of the hotel which was cool. We heard lions mating with roars that shook the room at night. Unique experience.
