Beyond our expectations
Tanzania was a wonderful surprise. I visit African countries frequently, and I must say that Tanzania has quickly risen to the top of my list—both for the sense of hospitality and for the truly satisfying safaris. We visited Tarangire National Park, the southern, central, and northern Serengeti (even witnessing the migration at the Mara River), and the Ngorongoro Crater. We saw a vast array of wildlife, and the natural scenery was truly stunning. At the end of the tour, we visited the waterfalls at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro—another beautiful day. Finally, we spent a very pleasant, relaxing week in Zanzibar.

A unique and fascinating, cultural, and wildlife experience
We went during the dry season and saw abundant wildlife. You do need to prepare for very rough and dusty roads. We had perfect weather with temperatures that were mild and no rain. We encountered very few insects.

Lodges was very nice, great food and choices. In all the parks and on the road you have clean, good facilities.
Everything is well organised and tourists ate well catered for whatever they wish to expreience.

Awesome experience
We spent 4 days/3 night safari with Vision Safari Tour, and we visited: Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti.
We really enjoyed the beauty of wildlife in the national parks. We saw the Big Five very close to our land cruiser. Spending the night in the bush camps of Serengeti and Ngorongoro has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We were surrounded by animals, and we could see and hear them.
I strongly recommend to visit Tanzania’s National parks!

Tanzania was truly unforgettable.
Tanzania completely exceeded our expectations. From the breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife to the warmth and hospitality of the people, every day brought a new unforgettable experience.
The safari was undoubtedly the highlight. Seeing elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and so many other animals in their natural habitat was something we will never forget. But Tanzania is so much more than its wildlife – the diverse landscapes, vibrant culture and beautiful beaches make it an incredibly special destination.
We came home with countless wonderful memories and would recommend Tanzania to anyone looking for an adventurous, beautiful and truly unique travel experience.

Incredible
The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the facilities were exactly what we were looking for, and we managed to see all the animals we had hoped for. It truly felt like being in a dream.
The only aspect that could be improved would be having a guide who also speaks Italian. That said, our DEO was absolutely fantastic!

A good mixture between modern and tradition. Depends of course where you are
We travelled as a couple and made a mixture between tour operator for Serengeti tour and self organized. We had a rented car for 11 days, this was perfect, sometimes challenging, but we enjoyed the freedom. Trafic was not as bad as expected and also police controls were easy.
I was a little worried about to much traffic Jam in Serengeti and Ngorogoro during high season. All over all it was full but not that bad. At the entrence everyone is together but after a while all cars go different directions and you can also enjoy the fantastic landscape alone.
But I heared that in July 2026 there were less tourists than expected.
All accomodations we had during our stay were fantastic. I don´t need it fancy but I must say all places had great atmosphere and great food.
I must say, the people in Tanzania are very very friendly!!!
But we also left the normal touristy paths and there is always a difference how people react to you as an obvious tourist

An unforgettable experience in the Serengeti viewing the great migration.
We had a brilliant time in Tanzania and couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough! Our tour company, Safari Soles, was amazing from start to finish, and our guide, Yona, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience even more special. The array of animals, accommodation, and beautiful landscapes was stunning, and every day brought something unforgettable. Tanzania is truly spectacular, and we have memories that will stay with us forever. Our only advice would be not to spend too much time in Arusha; the real magic is out on the safari.

A wonderful place to experience the beauty of life.
Our time in Tanzania was amazing. We truly didn't know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. From the landing in Dar Es and seeing the hustle and bustle of the city to flying into Arusha to start our Safari experience. It was humbling being up close and personal with all the wildlife. Watching the animals wake up from our vantage point on the hot air balloon was one of the most beautiful things I've witnessed.
We were also able to swim with dolphins in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Zanzibar.
This was a trip that was truly memorable and will be replayed in my memories time and time again.
We also had a great guide Asifwae that we have stayed in contact with this past year. He was so soft spoken and kind and we loved hanging out with him :)
