Flying Safaris offer the convenience of reaching Nyerere National Park within an hour from Dar es Salaam. There are numerous departure flights connecting from Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam and Arusha that land at different accommodations or public access airstrips in Nyerere National Park ( formerly known as Selous Game Reserve ). Upon arrival at the airstrip in the park, guests are received and transferred to their respective Camp or Lodge in time for lunch.
