Uganda hosts more than 50% of bird species in Africa -- 11% world-wide. Many of the Uganda birds are endemic. Given the concentration of so many birds in such a small country means that birders can travel to many birding locations across the country, checking off as many species as possible with relative ease. Uganda also hosts more than half of the remaining 1,000 mountain gorillas in the world, only found in Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. This itinerary takes you to the best of Uganda.
