Saddam, the guide, was very friendly. He did all efforts for the group to feel satisfied.
We chose two nights (three day) trip.
The guide and driver was always on time
First day was tiring but adrenaline peak showing the animals and heart felt nature fixed the mood
Second day was more charming and cozy, eating lunch under tree, getting chance to meet new people and later at the camp evening was unique experience
Only at the budget camp, were not informed before that power is no ... Read moret in all rooms, and it goes off at 2000
Water for shower was also challenging
Overall, if you are in group and staying one or two nights it does not affect the experience

When you get a guide like Tom who has a great connection with his clients you are guaranteed a great experience all round. He has a vast knowledge of the country and especially knowledge of the animals on safari. The budget tour was excellent value and the accomodation was far better than I expected.
The tour itself was beyond what I expected with multiple encounters throughout all of the game parks.
