Steven was amazing and made our Safari experience very memorable. The whole experience was amazing and great value. Got to see lots of animal ls and got to learn a lot from our amazing guide.
Precise, punctual, caring
Even though I was staying 20 minutes outside of Nairobi, the team sent my way Francis to pick me up and bring me to the meeting point with the rest of the group. He was in front of my place 5 minutes earlier and brought me to the office first, to meet the whole team and to get briefed about the experience, and then to the meeting point.

He made sure that the whole group was always comfortable and was always smiling and cheerful. His driving skills are insane and even though the road is very bumpy and slippery, he always made us feel safe.
During the game drives he always made sure to go for the unbeaten tracks in order for us to get the best views of every animal, and did everything he could to look for animals that we hadn't seen yet. On our way back he offered to drop me off closer to my stay and even called a taxi for me to get home safe.
The accommodation was comfortable and food was simple but tasteful and healthy, they also provide vegetarian options.
Fantastic experience, would do again
Did the 3 day Masai Mara safari and it was an excellent experience. Got to see an amazing quantity of animals including most of the Big 5 (the rhinos were elusive). Seeing some of the migrations were stunning and the trip to the Masai village was an enlightening experience. Our guide Khalifa was amazing: funny, extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. Would highly recommend

We booked the MasaiMara-Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivasha safari with Axis. The trip was excellent. The office coordinator and the tour guide, both were polite and adept.
Friendly, good value and good communication.
I thought Axis Africa were good communicators via email and WhatsApp before and during the trip. The accommodations were comfortable including for our elderly grandparent. Everyone went out of their way helping her. The game drives were nice and long and we saw tons of animals. The driver knew the best spots around the park. The Maasai village visit was worth it, it was fascinating, just be prepared because it is also a vehicle for selling souvenirs. The 3 day safari involves a lot of time in the car (6 hours to and from the Park, and 10 hour game drives) so be prepared for that as well. Grandma left happy.

Julius was absolutely superb , kind, funny, knowledgeable, and got us so respectfully close to get us those picture perfect moments we dreamt of . Julius was considerate with each different member of the group and catered for every bodies needs constantly with a smile and a sense of humour.

My only negative is that their communication styles need to be improved , and their logistics of where guests are staying need to be considered more .

We went on $360 per person experience for a 3D/2N trip to Masai Mara.
A huge shout out to Ms.Monica who handled every tiny query of ours with much patience.Her approach was precisely the reason we went ahead with Axis Africa.
Our stay was super comfortable but with a few issues such as the leaking toilet floor which eventually got sorted out to a certain extent.

A patient, understanding, and friendly tour operator
The game drive and accommodations were excellent. As a solo traveler, I was nervous at first but the group I joined and the tour operator were all very friendly. We were able to see plenty of different animals, and some of them even got close to the vehicle! It was such a good experience, and we had a great tour operator. J would recommend 10/10
3 day safari tour
Our tour guide, Jack, is very nice, patient, professional, and knowledgeable of local flora and fauna. We learnt a lot from Jack. He knows almost all kinds of birds, trees and animals we found on the way. We feel very safe and enjoyable during 3 day safari tour. He knows exactly where and when to find animals and always have best spots for us to watch the wildlife.
