Fantastic 3-day tour
I highly recommend those who want to see wild animals as many as possible in 2 nights 3 days tour. First of all, you can get the response back in a flash with nice information, which is very important for people like me constantly traveling. We did a 5 day safari, and spent 2 nights in masais mara, 1 in nakuru and 2 in ambosseli. The best park was masai mara, because in masai we can stay really close the animals. Nakuru was very beautifull to. Ambosseli has superb landscapes because of kilimanjaro... sometimes he his very shy but we saw him everyday. The best accommodation was in ambosseli , with Kibo Safari Camp, so so beautifull.
So, if you are thinking about doing a safari, you should choose Axis Africa Safari and ask forMartin to be your guide!!!
Increble experience with Axis Safari
We have just returned from Kenya with incredible safari experience in 6 full days. First, Axis safari quickly responded our questions and arranged private itinerary according to our request. Safari with Axis Africa Safaris and Peter? WHAT ELSE?
Lennox from the office helped us doing a great job: a lot of informations before our arrival (answers very fast to all our questions), he changed our schedule trip to help us (because we arrived in Nairobi late night with our flight and to organize to be out of Nairobi during the elections day), no account payment (all the payment settled before leaving the first day), there was a driver to pick u ... Read morep us where we were staying and another one to drop off us when we finished the Safari. Excellent service and attention, we really appreciated. We have decided for the Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Safari, 4days-3 nights. We are a family, with two children of 9 and 14 years old and we were in a group of 8 people in total+driver. It was our first safari and it's been such a great experience....so amazing and unforgettable!!!! Simply WOW.... We saw all the big five and a lot of animals: zebras, hippos, giraffes, wildbeests, baboons, hyenas, crocodiles, birds, etc. It's incredible to have and see a lion just one meter next to you!!! The accomodation (the hotel near Lake Nakuru) was really a luxury place with a fab swimming pool and a big garden where to have relax time; then we stayed near the Masai Mara in a camp tent very nice and all the staff was very welcoming. It's has been so interesting to visit the Masai Village, to talk to them and learn something about their traditions. All the food served in both places was very good and customers have free water during all the safari. Last but not least, Peter, our driver during the Safari, is simply the best: really a good driver, he's a nice person, very polite and so friendly, we have spoken a lot with him, asking him all the secrets of savannah. He's got the GPS in his mind :-) We thank you so much Axis Africa Safaris for our wonderful staying, thank you so much Lennox for your helping and attention, thank you Peter we had a great time with you!!! Axis and particularly Lennox and James were amazing from the start. Lennox was very forthcoming with any information requested and kept us up to date with all the necessary information required for the tour. James, our driver of the safari, was absolutely incredible from start to finish, going the extra mile to make our experience the best we could have in our short trip. In the four days through ... Read moreJames' expertise we were able to see the big five as well as, some unforgettable moments such as; cheetahs taking down their prey, lions feeding their young and finding an elusive white rhino.
Accommodation was of a high standard, we didn't expect five star luxury, but this is a safari anyway. We stayed in tents with beds and private bathrooms (with hot water) which is more than we expected. On our last night we stayed in a hotel with a swimming pool. Food was of a good standards. I hope you like lentils and meat!
Overall, we were very happy with the tour and couldn't recommend Axis enough. Lennox went above and beyond to help us book our train tickets to Mombasa as we were on tour and ensured we got back to our hotel safely.
In summary, Axis Safari made our safari experience special and we couldn't recommend them enough. It was worth every penny!
Great adventure with wounderful guide!
The guide was great and kind and succeed in finding all of the amazing animals we wanted to see. Also, the company answered us fast at the mail, and as well helped us in buying bus tickets to Uganda and helped when my girlfriend didn't feel well.
So what do you wait for? Just book a safari and enjoy :)
