We were a group of 6 from Croatia and from first minute we met at the airport with our driver, Jack, everything went super smoothly.
Everyone in the agency was very friendly, positive and professional. They even helped us before our trip with buying Madaraka train tickets for our second part of the trip (Diani beach).

He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (which were many) both about the animals and the culture. He even helped us exchange USD to MPESA (BTW in addition to SIM, also get MPESA app set up at Safaricom counter at the airport). Last day he even helped us with train tickets and boarding the train.

We booked the safari 1 day before the tour and still had an amazing and very well organised your ! Our guide John did his very best to show us all animals. The evenings at the camp were a nice opportunity to meet and talk to people travelling with différent guides. I recommend without any hesitation!!
