Reliable, Safe, Experienced guide
1. Guide: Joseph is pleasant guide, 5/5! A skillful and careful driver on the road. He is skillful in game drive at Ambosseli National Park too, especially on spotting animals instead of relying just on radios. He uses both. He is reliable, flexible and always on time. 2. Lodging in Ambosseli: We stayed at Sentrim Ambosseli. Staff were pleasant, food was great with a number of choices of local/Western international/Indian delicacies. 4/5 for shower/toilet in the room due to water pressure and cleanliness in need of improvement. Great view of Kilimanjaro.
3. We booked our whole trip (Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru-Ambosseli) with Axis Safari but when we were in Lake Nakuru, we transferred to another 4x4. So, I am unsure which company is which, as all tourists in the 4x4 booked with a different operator. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant closure to have Joseph as our guide in Ambosseli.
