The experience provided excellent value for the investment. We observed the Big Five animals and gained insight into the rich cultures and traditions of the Maasai people.

No issues with being picked up. No issues getting to Masa Mara and back. We received everything described when purchasing the safari tour. The staff is very polite and professional. Our guide (Mr. Kevin) was courteous, made sure we saw many animals, and was always on time. I had a great experience for gamedrive and the tour guide Dickson has given a wonderful service.
Axis Africa has provided the best service in the whole trip. We very very overwhelmed by the gesture of the staff and welcoming smile at every part of the tour. We had a great time and our tour guide Dickson has explained and shared a good knowledge about wild animals and their nature of living in Masai Mara natural reserve.

The highlight of the trip, without a doubt, was our tour guide, Steve. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very experienced, with an impressive understanding of both the wildlife and the ecosystem. His passion was evident in every interaction, and he made the experience not only educational but also incredibly engaging. His attention to detail and ability to spot wildlife, even from far distances, was truly remarkable. Steve made the safari feel personal and unforgettable.

The tour pilot Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did his best to show games in different sites and actions. His sense of humour and time was fantastic. The cottage accommodation was very good and scenic with good food. Overall, a wonderful experience! Masai Mara Safari was simply overwhelming!

Good communication from Rita, she prepared very well our safari and everything was clear.
The road and game drive was amazing, we were lucky by having Charles as guide, he knows a lot about the animals, he answerd all our questions and did big effort to find and see the big five.

I can highly recommend Axis for the 3 day/2 night Masai mara group joining safari. Communication was great and they were very responsive - I only booked 2 days before. Our guide John Jackson was excellent, thanks to him we saw all of the big 5 and much more! And he also coordinated my onward travel to Naivasha - many thanks.
