We had the best Safari of our life. Somari was an amazing guide, he worked hard to show us as much as possible and he is very knowledgeable. The whole group is organized and kind. In the tented camps you eat very well. Recommended
Easy to work with and awesome guide
Working with the staff at Axis Africa was so nice. I worked specifically with Lenox Eric. He was patient with all my questions. He was fast to respond considering the time difference. The price we felt was reasonable and perfect for our family. Our driver/guide, Ken was awesome. He was very helpful in explaining the animals and cultures of the Maasai tribe.
The Safari and seeing the a ... Read morenimals was spectacular. Everyone in our group got to see the animals they were hoping to see. Ken went out of his way to try and locate the different animals in the park.
Our resort was nice, Masa Chui. However it is a Chinese company and all the other guests were Chinese and were annoyed Americans were there. However the staff at Masa Chui and our room (more of a cottage with separate sleeping rooms) was amazing. We all would highly recommend working with Axis Africa and Lenox and Ken
Papa John was fantastic!
We had the most amazing four days with our group, led by our fantastic guide, Papa John. He ensured we were all comfortable and best of all, we got to see all of the big five! Couldn’t recommend Papa John more. Thanks for the amazing experience!
The best tour guide in Kenya!!
Papa John was the best, most informative tour guide we had. From the day he collected us we had so much fun. He knows every road in the national parks. We got to see the big 5 and MUCH MORE!! He is the best!!
Responsible and professional
Khlifa is an excellent driver, and is very professional and dedicated in finding animals. We saw a lot of animals. He is humorous and polite. During the safari, he explained the relevant knowledge of various animals, tried to find the best position for us to watch and take photos, and communicated and solved problems in a timely manner. It was a great experience.

I had opted for the budget option of Axis, and it surpassed my expectations by a lot. First, the booking process was very smooth. Safe, respectful and fun
Yasin, our guide and driver, did an excellent job.
He drove us safely through the chaotic Kenyan roads, was always on time and is a good person.
Important details for which we are very grateful for in his work.
- He was always respectful of the animals. Other drivers harass the animals, cut them off or disturb them, but Yasin was always careful not to disturb.
- Thanks to him we even saw the ... Read more cheetah and the leopard. He went out of his way to find them so we could see them.
- He helped his fellow drivers when other drivers did not.
- On June 25 we were in a difficult situation due to protests in the country. Thanks to him, what could have ended badly was only a scare.
It should also be noted that sometimes, he is alerted by radio that a special animal or a “strange” situation appears, such as an animal that is difficult to see, a herd crossing a road or a group of lions eating something. At that point, he accelerates to that point, without saying anything except that he is going to accelerate. At first it may shock because in order not to create expectations, he doesn't inform, but he does it for the good of the group. We used to call it “lion mode” XD.

Our journey took us through Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha and the Maasai Mara and it was made truly unforgettable thanks to Jacks outstanding professionalism, expertise and warmth.

He would expertly adjust our route based on the latest sightings often using radio updates to ensure we never missed a moment.
