Perfect Experience
We had a perfect three-day Safari trip with our tour guide Yasin. Yasin has an excellent driving skill. He was able to quickly find the animals we wanted to see while sticking to the principles of animal protection. The pick-up and drop-off were always on time, and the hotel environment was great. I would strongly recommend Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris and our tour guide Yasin to everyone.
Amazing
A car picked us up from the hotel we were staying at and drove us to the office. There my parents (they organised the trip) sorted cost out rather quickly and we were supplied with shirts and off we went. The tour guide, name Peter Kapino, was excellent. Most of the resorts recommend were great apart from one, but that is not a deal breaker to the tours themselves. Peter was flexible with all our times, and waited when we took too long. He understood English well, and was chatty and pleasant when we engaged with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us in-depth explanations about every park we visited and the animals within it. He managed to get us to the best areas for photos and though most of it was down to luck, I believe his skill in knowing the animals lead us to be able to see pretty much all the animals, save the migration which again was nowhere near a dealbreaker for me. One thing is the cost, as I did not help plan this trip I don’t know about cost, so if that is a major issue then be careful. But is was thoroughly splendid and I personally could both have imagined a better tour

I worked with Lucy to finalise the itinerary for a month , she helped with the accommodation , providing different options to suit different budgets . Smooth communication and experienced guide
Before the trip the communication with axis was smooth so was the pickup from airport to their office. In the safari trip, our guide Robert was helpful, experienced and tried to accommodate everyone. He’s also a great driver who knows how to handle the vehicle at different terrains and how to get us fastest to the rare animals appearances from the best viewing angle

Second, regarding the price of the safari, it was more than affordable and very high quality, we were warmly welcomed every single time (hotels, activities...) and ate delicious dishes. As a piece of advice, I'll tell you to make sure to bring some cash with you during the safari (US Dollars or Kenyan Shillings) because some optional activities should be paid cash (visit of the Masai Mara village, walking in Crescent Island, boat ride to the Island, the visit of the Mara Lake, the bicycle ride in Hell's Gate, the gorge of Hell's Gate, etc). Also, make sure to give some tips to the different guides after each activity.
In a nutshell, it's a company that I highly recommend for doing a 5-day safari (or even less/more days) because your trip will be safe and affordable.
