Quite Nice!
We had a wonderful (really wonderful) experience with our very friendly guide Pilipili in our 5D 6N trip in kenya.
Driver Pilipili - the most welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in giving you the best experience. 7 stars for him out of 5.
Trip: All good, but the Sankale camp did not have 24 hours electricity which would be nice to have. Car was also good and clean.
Food : Lack of variety but this is the generally the case across. But this can be improved or though about.

Unbelievable experience
We had a wonderful time on our safari and were completely satisfied. Everything went smoothly and turned out great!
The safari vehicle was in top shape, clean, and very comfortable. The power outlets inside the car were especially convenient, allowing us to easily charge our cameras and phones at any time for all the photos.
A huge shout-out to our driver: he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and put so much effort into making sure we had a great experience.
All in all, a thoroughly successful trip. We would book again anytime!

Excellent in driving by John Mwangi, hospitality and Knowledge
All was from the first till the last word well communicated. In a friendly and clear way things are well explained, with no hidden backdoors. All fees were agreed ahead and no extra’s were popping up as surprise. I had a wonderfull safari with stunning views, very many observations with nature, plants and above all animals. I hoghly recommend Axis.

Raymond is an extremely talented, proactive, sincere and honest tour guide.
I really enjoyed the 2 days of safari game drive at Masai and 1 day at Lake Nakuru game drive. I sincerely recommend Raymond as the guide. He very proactive in monitoring as well as communicating with other guides to find rare spottings. In the first day itself we completed the Big 5 checklist. Lion mating, Leopard hunting, Lion hunting, Cheetah hunting, Crocodiles, Hippos, Black Rhino were really special. Raymond was extremely insightful and answered all our questions and shared rare valuable insider information.

What an incredible safari experience! 🦁🐆🦏❤️
From the very first day to the last, everything was absolutely perfect. Our safari guide and driver was simply amazing! He was incredibly kind, attentive and always on time. He really listened to what we wanted and went the extra mile — sometimes quite literally! 😂 — to find the animals we dreamed of seeing.
Thanks to his incredible dedication and determination, we were lucky enough to see some truly exceptional animals, including a leopard and even a black rhino! These are memories we will never forget. You could tell that he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience, and he worked incredibly hard to make it happen.
A huge thank you also to Cynthia and the entire Axis Safari team. From the very beginning, organising our trip was easy and completely stress-free. Cynthia was always available, made all the changes we requested without any problem, and gave us excellent suggestions that really improved our itinerary.
Axis Safari made our Kenyan adventure absolutely unforgettable. We came for the wildlife, but we are leaving with incredible memories, huge smiles and a real love for Kenya. 🇰🇪❤️

Best safari experience in Kenya
This was our first ever safari, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, the booking team were incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest. We really appreciated that our expectations were never oversold or exaggerated. We opted for the friendly budget option, but were still very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, vehicle and overall experience.
What really made our trip exceptional, however, was our tour guide Yasin. He consistently went above and beyond to put us in the right places at the right times. Of course, with nature, nothing can ever be guaranteed, and wildlife sightings are always a matter of luck. We were incredibly fortunate to experience some genuinely rare and unforgettable sightings, and a huge part of that was down to our guide’s exceptional navigational skills, experience, and connections with other staff and guides.
Beyond that, Yasin's enthusiasm and knowledge were fantastic. He was able to explain not only the animals and their behaviour, but also the surrounding flora and fauna, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of everything we were seeing.
Thank you for making our first safari such a memorable experience. We came away with some incredible memories and a real appreciation for the wildlife and the people who work so hard to make these experiences possible. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari experience.

A special shoutout to our guide Kevin Apidi. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honestly, such a great human being. He was always helpful, patient and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Having a good guide makes such a difference on a safari, and Kevin definitely made our experience even more special. If we come back to Kenya again, we would definitely want Kevin to accompany us! 😊
The package was also very reasonably priced compared to the other safari options we checked. The stays included were really good, and the suggestions from the Axis Africa team throughout the trip helped us a lot in planning what places to visit and how to make the most of our time.
Everything was very well organised — the game drives, stays, food and transfers were all handled smoothly and, most importantly, everything was on time. We genuinely didn’t have to worry about the logistics or face any hassle. We could just enjoy the trip while Axis Africa took care of the planning.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend Axis Africa Safari to anyone planning a Kenya trip. And a big thank you to Kevin for being such an amazing guide and making our safari even more memorable! ❤️
