It was easy to communicate with their tour consultant (Maurine) to settle on the trip. The facilities they booked with their partners/vendors were quite nice and of good quality. Payments were smoothly executed, whether online or on premises

The trip was well organized and camps chose were impeccable. Vehicles were very clean and up to date and the tour guide Nicole was dedicated to organize a flawless trip.
Also extra transporation wishes were taken care of when communicated upfront.

Read moreding in every possible way: professional, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He always made sure we were comfortable, enjoying every moment, and getting the best possible experience. His knowledge of the wildlife and the places we visited made every day even more fascinating.
One of the things we appreciated the most was that JOB speaks excellent Spanish. Being able to communicate so naturally in our own language made a huge difference and allowed us to understand, appreciate, and enjoy every detail of the safari. His Spanish was remarkably good, and he made sure we never missed out on anything.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had JOB as our guide. We honestly could not have asked for a better person to accompany us on such a special journey. His kindness, dedication, and positive attitude made us feel safe, welcome, and well taken care of throughout the entire seven days.
If you are considering a safari, we wholeheartedly recommend this experience, and if you have the opportunity to travel with JOB, you are in excellent hands! He truly goes above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable.

On the other hand, Axis should review the Naibaisha day and also maybe organize the cars between the ones that are doing the 3 day or 6 day safari and also depending on the lodge. The experience also would be better if we hadnt share all of the days with a couple that was really disrespectful with us, but thats not Axis fault.

Thanks for the Axis safari ,organized by Joy and My brother John hagiah ,he was very kind and calm and timing person, I have spotted so many wild animals nearby, only because of John brother, he take me on proper way to spot all animals, whenever I came visit here kenya only I choose John brother for my entire trip. We had an amazing 6-day safari with Captain Khalifa, visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli National Park.
Captain Khalifa is an outstanding guide—professional and incredibly experienced.
