Great 6 day group safari with Julius

Great organisation from Axis safari, great guidance from Dickson
It was a great experience. However, be prepared to be driving for 95% of the day. And only 20% of the time is in the parks or doing any other fun activity. Still the best thing to do in Kenya. Our guide's name is Dickson, he was a very great at his job, he done his best to answer all our questions and give us the best experience.
Dream safari holiday
Axis helped us curate a customised luxury holiday for our first visit to Kenya. We did a 5 day safari (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha) and coupled it with a short getaway at Diani Beach. Our guide Julius was absolutely great during the safari. He knew the habitats and used his network to find animals and was also shared interesting facts and anecdotes. We ended up seeing a ton of lions and also elephants, rhinos (both white and black), cheetahs, hippos, gifaffes, and lots of other animals and birds. It was the first time seeing many of them and it was delightful!

Albert was our driver, he is very knowledgeable about the park friendly, kind and patient.
Our experience was very good. Axis Africa Expedition and safari sent a driver to pick us up from the hotel we were staying. They offered to safekeep our big luggage at their office. Albert was our driver for the tour. He knew a lot about the animals in Masai mara and he gave us the opportunity to see most of the animals because he knew more or less where to find them. Read morelaces, we saw a leopard hunting a gazelle, also saw ostriches, elephants, hippos, buffalos, all kinds of gazelle, zebras and giraffes of course, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, a lot of different birds. The only thing we missed was the rhino but that's because it is very rare. So I think we basically almost saw every animal you can see in the park. I don't think you can get a better experience for cheaper so it was full worth. All in all an unforgettable experience would recommend to everyone

The safari was an amazing experience. Our guide was very good and he found all the animals very quickly and we were one of the first to see them. Everything went smooth and we also had some good surprises, like making a small walk to see the hippos and crocodiles and having a picnic at the park looking a spectacular landscape and the view of birds nearby us.
