I booked a 5-day Safari with Axis Africa. I highly recommend the company. Our driver/guide John was putting in all the effort to show us all the treasures his country has to offer. He was outstanding, always smiling, with broad knowledge about animals, safaris, culture and Kenya in general. He hadn't played any games with us and always informed us upfront about possible restrictions or apologised ... Read moreif any little hiccups occurred. There were some complaints from the guests joining our jeep during the safari, but from my point of view, as a 10-year traveller, there was nothing wrong with this company or John at all. On the contrary, there was a lot to complain about the behaviour of the mentioned party or the way they approached a shared budget safari in Africa. As the company goes, I haven't had any problem dealing with them. I can tell they were honest and genuine people doing their best to accommodate our needs and fulfil our program. The program itself was also a very well-tailored, busy, but not overwhelming, covering everything to a decent depth, but not boring us a tiny bit. Communication was also excellent. At the end of our safari, I had one unfortunate event. They forgot to hand out my documents, which I stored along with my backpack in their offices. Since I flew out of Kenya the same night. I had to leave this behind, because I realised that way too late. They sent it to me to Europe with Express delivery on their expenses, which I am very grateful for. So overall, I am very satisfied with this company; they did a great job when it comes to Safari, and they also operate as a genuine and well-established business with the right morals. Thank you very much.

Axis Africa Safaris were great in communication, everything was answered in few minutes, the agent Tabitha was extremely polite and professional. Our tour guide Solomone spent a lot of efforts to show us all the animals, it was visible that he cares about the group and our experience. I definitely recommend the company to everyone!

The tour was well planned from the office. We had some problems with our payment, but they helped us.
Our driver Khalifa was very expierienced. He knows the nationalpark very well and showed us amazing views and a lot of animals.
He never went with other cars, we always took our own way. If there were other cars at a hotspot of animals, he always went in the first row in front if the animals, ... Read moreso that we could see it good.

Accomodation especially in masai mara lodge , the glass house was like one is in jungle and at the same time. He has amenities of an urban living.
