3 day budget tour - had a great time!!
We went on the 3 day budget safari to Maasai Mara with Axis and had Dennis as our guide. We had amazing time and Dennis was a great driver and took us around to see so many animals in the park. He really knew what he was doing! He was also very accommodating to the needs of the people in the group. We couldn’t have wished for anything else.

The accommodation in Maasai Mara was simple but worked fine for the duration of our trip. The food was usually really good, although the lunch boxes during the second day was disappointing as it consisted of some chips, fruit and a yogurt. As the safari on the second day lasted for 10 hours (which we loved) we were going hungry with only snacks for lunch…
Overall great value for money and we’re very happy we chose to go with Axis!

We were a group of 13 people with six noisy kids on a 3 days safari in Masai Mara. Our guides, Kalifa and Charles were the best ever, they were reliable, always on time, always nice and talkative. And helpful in relation to our requests. The programs were great, flexible and in a great amosphere.

I booked with Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris a 6 day Safari covering Massai Mara NP, Naivasha, Hell’s gate and Amboseli. It was literally amazing. The Massai village visit was a very nice experience as well as Hell’s gate, cycling with the animals. On our last day as promised we were dropped in time to the nearest train station to take our train to the coast.
Great value for money
The safari was a wonderful experience but it was all down to Khalifa, our driver/guide. Be is a kind, funny, happy and knowledgeable person. We saw so many animals -it was beyond ompare! He knew each lion, cheetah and leopard by name and told us about the park, the peoples and tribes. It was such a spectacular experience touring the Maasai Mara with Axis Africa Safaris! The drive to the game reserve was amazing as i was picked on time, the driver was friendly and helped with the luggage. The drive was smooth, and there was a lot to see especially along the Great Rift Valley. I loved the resort that Axis booked for us to stay in for the days that we were at Maasai Mara. Their se ... Read morervices were amazing and the staff were professional and ensured our stay their was satisfactory. The best part was the game drive at Maasai Mara with Axis Africa Safaris land cruiser. The tour guide had vast knowledge of the place and the wild animals that we saw. We saw lots of wild animals like the lion, cheeter, leopard, hippos, crocodile, zebras, giraffe, among many others. It was such a memorable tour! For sure it was worth the cost we paid for the experience and I would love to do this again with Axis Africa Safaris coz they provided the best experience ever!
