Always to our service
We got the recommendation for this agency by a native lady living in Germany but still traveling in private and business affairs to Rwanda. The communication has been easily done by what’s app sometimes also by email. It has been always prompt and reliable. They have been always honest with us and everything worked out perfectly! We had a great driver and tour guide for all 3 days. The location gave us a tremendous upgrade! The gorilla tour has been really really good. Never was there a risk.
At the last day we had a misunderstanding with the hotel in Kigali itself, the agency had been really generous and didn’t charge us what we should have paid for that night. Thank you again for your great help

Superb!
From our first correspondence with W international to boarding our flight back home from Madagascar, we were tended to by Hadar in the most professional, reliable and courteous manner.
