Excellent service from start to finish
Our tour of Namibia Botswana and Victoria Falls was memorable especially the Namib desert and the Etoshe game reserve . Our guide was excellent and never failed to attend to our needs . The accommodation was very good and at times outstanding.
The only problem was that the distances are very long ( we covered over 2500 miles) and the roads often very poor which resulted in too many long journeys with little time after arrival to do anything but eat and sleep. Nonetheless we had a great time

Our Ethiopia tour made excellent by Essence
We booked our one week intense Ethiopia tour including 3 locations with Essence. We found them helpful, flexible and always ready to go the extra mile to make our tour enjoyable. At the last minute we had to drop gondar visit and Essence was excellent in managing that disruption. Our Lalibela tour was excellent. Wandeley a priest of one the rock churches was our guide and he was superb. Our team of driver, chef and guide for Danakil was also a great team. Specially guide Rovel is a gem. Overall excellent management and conducting by Essence to make our Ethiopian adventure memorable. I recommend Essence to anyone planning a tour of Ethiopia specially solo female travellers

The entire trip was tailored to our needs with great care and patience. The daily schedules and itineraries were very well-planned, allowing us to see amazing wildlife while also getting plenty of rest throughout the journey. Our guide was extremely professional; he checked in with us every day to ask for suggestions and feedback, demonstrating excellent customer service. He was also very skilled at locating animals and was able to adjust our plans flexibly based on the situation. Overall, communication with both the company and the guide was seamless.

John is the BEST!
WOW! Nothing less than a 5 star experience!! My boyfriend and I started communicating with Adabert and responses were always very fast and clear. From the time we met John until we left Tanzania he took care of us as one of his own! John is very well connected and did everything he could to ensure we got the most out of our experience. He tuned into the animals we really wanted to see and taught us a lot about animals we didn’t even know existed! He truly helped create an unforgettable experience! We saw everything and MORE!! His knowledge and love for serving everyone on safari was admirable and I want everyone I know to go on safari with John! We stayed one night in Arusha after safari and even after we had said goodbye to John he called us the next morning to make sure we had a ride to the airport! I highly recommend Top Selected Tours!! Best Safari of Our Lives - Incredible Guide, Wildlife Sightings & Service
Top Selected Tours gave us one of the best experience of our lives. Our guide, John, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We saw everything we wanted - cheetahs, leopards, lions, rhinos, elephants, and a lot more. Somehow, we were constantly the first vehicle to every sighting. It became obvious very quickly that John truly knew what he was doing - other safari operators were even messaging and calling him asking where the animals were.
Not only was he an amazing guide, but he was also an excellent driver and genuinely treated us like family throughout the entire trip. He went above and beyond in every way possible, even calling us after the safari ended just to make sure we safely made it to our flight.
I truly cannot recommend John and Top Selected Tours enough. If you are considering a safari in Tanzania, book with them and ask for John. It was an unforgettable experience and worth every penny.

Masai Mara Amazing Tour
It was an amazing experience. We met many beautiful and rare animals and can enjoy the game drive as its fullest. The guide was also really friendly and made his best effort to show us as many animals as he can, during the limited time we had. It was so crowded of other tourists but he can make our time as effective and efficient as possible. So the crowd size was not the big problem. This trip is best for the one who like adventurous experience. The tour includes all (accommodation, food, transportation, and even admission fee). So we didn't have to worry about anything.

Well Experience in Kenya
Just contacting the tour (Alex) few days before we arriving in Kenya, and Alex super helpful and fast response in arranging our 3 days 2 night to go Safari in Masai Mara. Then we accompanied by Dennise for the whole 3 days 2 nights Safari. Dennise was helpful in pointing and showing us animals there, find a good spot for sunset! And also spot for taking pictures.
