Excellent safari partner in Kenya!
We reached out to several Kenyan tour operators directly but ultimately selected Imara Africa Safaris due to Wendy's responsiveness, flexibility and attention to detail. We leaned on her experience and input as we crafted what ended up being a 10-day trip across Nairobi, Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli.
We were a little nervous at the nature of safari trips where upfront payments are made, but the Imara team delivered as planned, made accommodations for our 2 young girls (8 and 6) and assigned the best driver/guide in Eduard!
The trip itself was fantastic. Eduard was timely, patient and informative. We were also amazed at how he navigated all of Kenya with no maps or GPS, and was very successful at identifying animals, sharing fun facts and making the trip very memorable.
I would use Imara again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to a few friends since returning home.

Amazing 5 day safari!
Me and my mother went on a 5day tour including Nairobi, Amboseli and Masai Mara. Everything was perfect from start to end, starting with lovely Josephine picking us up from the airport until being dropped off at the Tanzanian border. Our guide Edward was amazing!!! He did his very best to make sure we are always happy and comfortable and had great knowledge about the parks and the animals. Comfortable and clean vehicle. The accomodations were perfectly picked. They made sure everyday that we know that we have nothing to worry about and gave us memories for a lifetime. Cant wait to go again, and there is no company i would rather use than Lilac!!! Asante sana!

Erick is the best tour guide in Tanzania he knows everything about Tanzania and the surroundings, we enjoy his company and we are having fun. Even though the roads are bumpy and chaotic, Erick drives smoothly through them.

Sunup Adevntures made our dream come true
SunUp Adventures organized us two private mid-range safaris with safari jeep: a 3-day safari in Tanzania to Tarangire and Ngorongoro and a 4-day safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Communication (e-mail, whatsup and face to face) was a delight with Chris all the way from our request for quotation to the extra service of having our train tickets to Mombasa. Suppliers like SunUp Adventures are very rare nowadays and I believe that when you have the luck to find somene so professional and helpful, you should hold onto it!
In Tanzania our guide was Richard. We learned so much about wildlife and the country itself. Richard was a true gentleman, knowledgeable and very welcoming.
In Kenya our guide was Surat. He was a true guide, better than the best. He was so available, kind, knowledgeable - and his sense of humour still makes us smile.
The two safaris were a really amazing experience.
