Pros:
- Our driver, Elias, was very good at his job and did his best to have a memorable experience.
- Thanks to Elias, we saw a lot of animals, from a close distance and he provided many interesting information.
Cons:
- The communicated hotel list was not followed twice. The hotels played a major role when selecting the safari, so we were disappointed ending up in different places.
- When we asked the reason for not taking us to the correct hotel, an excuse was provided related to governmental issues, which we later found out it wasn't true, since another member of our safari was taken to this hotel. An employee of Suricata also confirmed it was a lie.
We also found out, that other participants were lied to, with different excuses and on different topics.
- The other car of the safari had soft drinks and beers available during the safari, but we didn't. Also the last day we used another safari company, which also provided drinks.
- Mostly the lunch was chicken, which I love, but it was usually so overcooked and dry that one day I couldn't even eat it.

Lisa and Nadine or a dynamic duo! From start to finish, they offered the gold standard of customer service. All the details were dialed in. They were flexible and proactive, we communicated daily. The choices of lodging & tour drivers offered first class service in a genuine opportunity to spend time and get to know somebody they were professional and personal. It was clear that they were looking to build a Customer for life. Wonderful visit to Madagascar!
We had a wonderful time in Madagascar! Mialy was great to work with planning the trip. She even gladly helped us with rescheduling some days due to flight issues. Hasina was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. Jimmy did a great job driving too! I highly recommend MI Travel!

Wonderful Tanzania and Kenya Safari
We had a wonderful safari with Flash MC Tours! Peter was great to work with planning the trip. Esa and Anthony were excellent guides! We saw lots and lots of animals. Accommodations were good too! I highly recommend this company.

An incredible experience that we will remember for a lifetime.
I will start by saying that Dennis was an incredible safari guide! He was super respectful of the animals whilst ensuring we had the best sight and photo shots. His knowledge of the animals and the park was excellent, so much so that we saw the Big 5, Super 7, Ugly 5, wildebeest migration plus lots, lots more! Dennis also made us feel very comfortable including, safe driving, clean and serviceable vehicle, calm and respectful approach, and he had a clear plan with timings throughout, managing the whole party's needs.
From myself and my wife, thank you Dennis, it will be a trip we will always remember.

Excellent safari with Abia in the wonderful Serengeti plains
For our fourth safari in the Serengeti in the space of just a few years, we chose Serengeti Vacations. We have chosen this tour operator because we know very well the owner – who is also a knowledgeable and experienced guide – Abia. He was our guide on our previous three safaris and we’d already had a brilliant experience. We believe that the feeling with the guide accounts for at least 85 per cent of a safari’s success, and with Abia we were certain we were in safe hands. And so it proved! He knows perfectly that our main aim is to see as many lions as possible, given our particular passion for this magnificent cat, and this year we had so many sightings – all of them truly unforgettable! Abia is an excellent guide; he has a keen eye and knows exactly when to spot the most interesting situations. He knows the wonderful park (which he likes to call ‘his office’) almost like the back of his hand, and he is a kind, friendly and reliable person, whom we now consider a friend. The organisation was excellent, as was the communication both before and during the trip, and the price is reasonable; in short, we would definitely recommend Serengeti Vacations to anyone wishing to discover the beauty of the Serengeti and Tanzania’s other parks. This is an exceptional tour operator that met all our expectations and beyond, right from Airport pick up, up country visits and the safari.
We were kept updated right from the enquiry, bookings, pick at the airport and through out our trip in Kenya.
The experience in an executive Land Cruiser and tour van made our travel very comfortable and exciting.
The service was excellent and very good value for money.
The highlight was the safari with the tour guide, Brian, and the experience of a cheetah hunting 👍🏿, an experience of a lifetime.

Our family recently returned from our very first safari, and Spirit of Kenya made it an absolute dream. We saw every animal we had hoped to see, and the game drives through parks like the Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru were thrilling for our entire family, including our two kids (ages 15 and 9).
The level of service was exceptional from day one. Victor was incredibly patient during the planning process, responding promptly and helping us craft an itinerary that perfectly balanced excitement and comfort for a family of four. On the ground, our guide and driver, Raphael, was phenomenal. He was highly knowledgeable about the wildlife, exceptionally friendly, and so engaging with our children. Our first safari completely exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Spirit of Kenya to anyone looking to book a family trip!

Safari with James, Peter and Ivy could not have gone any better!
I went on a safari with my family with the company Marurumi Safaris. James, the company owner, was so kind and just absolutely amazing. The entire team was great. I loved Ivy the greeter and our driver Peter. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. They treated us like family. They always got us in the perfect spots to see the most incredible animals. They gave us amazing long days out in the parks, and taught me so much! The safari jeep was awesome, it was clean, comfortable, and so fun. The lodging and the food was insanely good... I felt like royalty, everybody was so happy, helpful, and kind. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it’s all thanks to James, Peter, and Ivy. I had the best time and will never forget this trip or the amazing people I was lucky to meet along the way!!
