A wonderful journey,good guide,good scenery,good animals.
This has been an absolutely wonderful trip. Our guide Caleb is very approachable and exceptionally skilled at spotting animals. During our safari, we got to see all of the Big Five as well as the Ugly Five. We witnessed the wildebeest crossing, and even spotted servals twice. It was full of pleasant surprises, and we had an amazing time.
Well crafted, custom experience
Carolyn and Lee at Pallid Safaris helped craft and execute a great safari experience, one that both met my needs and went beyond my expectations. I selected Pallid based on how Carolyn listen to and work with my ideas, but also made suggestions that improved upon them. Together, we built a schedule that included Nairobi National Park, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Najuru, and Masai Mara, with a fair price for the camps and experiences I expected. Lee as my guide was then able to customize as we went, making some small changes along the way to meet our requests. It was a great overall experience and I would be happy to use them again.

Incredible 5 day adventure with Safari soles and Oscar!!
We had a wonderful time on the 5 day safari covering Serengeti. The planning process was easy enough, very responsive agents. We did the fly in safari starting in Northern Serengeti. Oscar our guide, was there to greet us and he made our game drives memorable. We learnt a lot about wildlife, the ecosystem from him. He is very knowledgeable, uses his connections to spot the wildlife. He was very patient with us, took great care of us during the drives every single day. There are different choices of lodges and the ones that were recommended by Safari Soles met our expectations. Serengeti is a big area compared to Masai Mara or Kruger, so the only thing I may have changed is added may be a couple of more days to get little more time to relax at the lodges. Overall a fantastic trip and cant recommend Oscar enough!! Thank you Safari Soles and Oscar.

Our driver, Nyiko was very friendly and was a safe driver. At our rest spot, we were able to spot lots of rhinos and other animals. It was a fun trip!

Excellent-value private Kenya safari with a knowledgeable guide Derek
We booked a 6-day/5-night private safari for five friends travelling from Ireland, covering the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli.
The booking process was straightforward, and the itinerary was explained. The package included accommodation, meals, park entry fees, safari drives, a professional guide and one litre of bottled water per person per day.
Choosing a private 4x4 vehicle was an excellent decision. Having the vehicle to ourselves gave us more space and flexibility over where to stop, how long to spend observing the animals, and which activities to prioritise. The vehicle was also comfortable during the longer road journeys.
Our guide, Derek, was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions. He explained animal behaviour and made the game drives enjoyable. The Masai Mara and Amboseli were the highlights of our trip, especially seeing large herds of elephants in Amboseli.
We were slightly disappointed not to see the wildebeest crossing the river in the Masai Mara. We did see huge herds running, but the crossing cannot be guaranteed.
Overall, the safari offered very good value for money. The organisation, private vehicle, guide and variety of national parks made it a memorable experience.

We had an amazing 5-day safari in Kenya! Everything was perfectly organized, from the beautiful lodges to the incredible game drives. We saw so many animals and enjoyed unforgettable views and experiences. The guides were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable Kenyan safari experience! 🇰🇪🦁🐘

Amazing tour! Peter was the best…super nice and full of great information. We saw a lion, elephants, zebras, giraffes and so much more!!! Lunch was very good too!
