Best trip ever!
Just came from maasai mara safari with my group of friends to celebrate my birthday and we will be going back home with very fond memories we had, thanks to Jupicon making the safari happen. We loved their timely responses and support they offered us throughout the 5days we were there. I loved the maasai dances and cultural activities & talks they gave which was really impressive to learn. Our driver-guide was very cautious during the rainy days and ensured we stayed on the safe tracks and trails during the game drives mostly due to the rivers there. I just loved how our whole safari experience was executed and truly value for our money.
Personable, communicative, authentic and real attention to detail.
Very hard to fault Tailormade, extremely happy with their support from start to finish. Having planned lots of trips ourselves, I was blown away by how much time and stress was saved by working with them.
Extremely communicative from start to finish and truly felt looked after. Had full trust in everything booked and found that every part exceeded expectation.
Was also very nice to feel like we had a safety net, on hand immediately whenever we had minor hiccups whilst travelling. The support continued well after we returned, with Tailormade securing funds for trip unforeseen amendments and checking in to ensure that we were satisfied with our trip.
Truly feels as though you are working with a travel partner invested in you as a long term customer, not just a short term one off sale. This is where the true values lays in my opinion.

Great birding/nature guide and excellent organizer
I and 4 my friends took the birding trip in Tanzania from 6th Feb to 27th Feb 2026, organized by Deogratius Muhumuza, owner of Budget Birding Africa (previously: Uganda Eco Tours). Our second bird guid during tour was Abdulrahman Adam. Both, Deo and Abdul, are excellent guides - due to their perception and knowledge of African birds, I have twitched 470 species of birds (some my colleagues have more, around 480, since due to my shortsightedness and forgetting to take my spectacles I have missed some species) and 30 species of mammals. We have visited following places: Lark Plains, Mererani Masai Steppe, Shambarai Plateau and Swamp, Arusha NP, area around Mkomazi NP, South Pare Mountains, West Usambara Mountains, Magamba Forest, Amani Reserve, Morogoro, Mikumi-Kilusa Road Miombo, Magombera Forest, Udzungwa Mountains NP, Kilombero Swamp, Mikumi NP, Mbulu Highlands, Ukaguru Mountains, Nou Forest Reserve, Tarangire NP, Karatu, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Gate and Ndutu Plains, south of Serengeti NP. All these places are very picturesque and full of animals. To African Great Five Leopard is, unfortunately, lacking but other members of the group (Elephant, Lion, Buffalo and Black Rhino) made show for us. Among mammals were of course great amount of different antelopes (great herds of Wildbeest, also Eland, Impala, Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Thomson and Grant Gazelles, Ugogo Dikdik, Bohor Reedbuck), also Zebras, Masai Giraffes, Warthogs, Cheetah, Spotted Hyaenas, Hippos, Black-backed Jackal, 3 species of Mongoose, Galago, Yellow and Olive Baboons, Vervet Monkey, Blue Monkey, Udzungwa Red Colobus. As for birds - among this 470 species were 5 Turacos, 8 Bee-eaters, 3 Orioles (among them - Green-headed!), 4 Rollers, 4 Batises, 4 Vultures, Secretarybird, Martial Eagle, Bateleur and a lot of other raptors, 3 Bustards (among them - Kori), 8 Hornbills (among them - Southern Ground Hornbiil), Grey Crowned Crane, 7 Cuckoos, Storks, Herons, Lapwings and other Waders, 13 Cisticolas, a lot of Weavers, Bishops, Widowbirds and Whydas, 19 Sunbirds, a lot of Passerines - Larks, White-eyes, Warblers, Sparrows, Wren-Warblers, Canaries, Seedeaters, Starlings, Waxbills, Firefinches, Shrikes, Boubous, Tchagras, Wattle-eyes. Among them there were a lot of endemic or near-endemic species. The bird of the trip was, however, Pel's Fishing Owl. Fantastic views of this impressive bird we had at the edge of Magombera Forest.
From Deo and Abdul we got a lot of information about country, people, their habits etc. Our meetings with some people (e.g. with Masai men helping us to repair our forever broken car) were really unforgettable. This was my second trip with Deo (previous in 2013 around Uganda) and was similarly rich with species, adventures and memories.
Tomasz Kłys, Lodz, Poland
PS. Breakdowns of the car was not Deo’s fault but agency from which vehicle was hired. Despite these problems, it was quite comfortable and very functional for observations and making pictures from inside, with the separate window to every passenger.

Amazing experience with Donwel
Had been planning a safari trip to Kenya for sometime. After some online research, wrote to a couple of Nairobi based operators listing out what we wanted. Selected Donwel Tours and Travel as Christine Moseti, senior travel planner, responded very promptly with a detailed itinerary giving us details about the places we would be visiting and our stays as well. On enquiry, we were also given quotes for different price ranges.
On arrival in Nairobi, we were met by an entire team from Donwel. Victor, our guide for the next nine days was introduced to us as an 'animal magnet '. Turned out to be quite true as he knew exactly where to find them. A big shout out to Victor for being a most excellent guide and friend. Very knowledgeable about the wildlife we encountered and all things Kenyan. Patiently answered our million and one questions. Took really good care of us.Our stays, all located within the National forests, were absolutely top notch. For our last two days in the city, Clinton was our guide. Cheerful, bubbly and knowledgeable.
The vehicles given to us were comfortable and very well maintained.
Must add that our experience from arrival to departure was seamless, with all the paperwork and payments handled by the company itself.
So, thank you Donwel Tours and Travel for organising such a wonderful trip for us.

Unforgettable Experience with Loise Adventures
We were a team of five visiting Kenya from Burundi, and we traveled with Loise Adventures. The team was warm and very easy to work with. Lyn was especially wonderful—quick to respond and always available whenever we needed assistance.
Our guide, Francis, was excellent and ensured we got to see all of the Big Five animals, which made our experience truly unforgettable. The airport transfers were also very smooth and seamless.
I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking to have a memorable safari in the wild, let Loise Adventures be part of your journey.

Everything perfect!
Our experience with Kiboko was fantastic. Everything was very easy and well organized. Our guide, Charles (Bush Pilot), was excellent—very attentive to us and extremely knowledgeable about the park. All the guides respect him and share information with him about where to find the animals at any given time.

Additionally, Clare had a couple of thoughtful gestures with us during our trip, which we really appreciated. 100% recommended!

An exceptional tour operator that made our trip feel effortless, authentic, and truly unforgettable
I’m really grateful for the organisation of this trip, which was arranged at just a couple of weeks’ notice. Ernest always replied very quickly and provided us with all the necessary information; he was extremely flexible in tailoring the trip to our preferences and made sure everything went smoothly.
Our guide, Kasim, was a highlight of the trip; we learnt so much from him about the culture, traditions and wildlife. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience.
It’s an experience we’d 100% recommend, and we’re absolutely certain it wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Really amazing and helpful company
I booked my 5 day safari tour through this really nice company. Lulu was from day one very helpful and made sure I got all the information I needed to feel comfortable the whole way through. Also when I sat foot in Tanzania and some last minute changes where made due to raining season. It’s just made it so much better and that kind of care is priceless.
My driver/guide Calvin who I had the whole 5 days was really nice. A very skilled and calm person. He really knows what he’s duing. Saw all the animals I wanted and can even tick off The Big 5. The scenery is amazing.
Would anytime go with him and this company again.
Thank you so much for giving me this experience of a lifetime :D

Top service tailored by your needs
We booked our roadtrip through KwaZulu-Natal with Jackie. Jackie designed a family-tailored trip for us, considering our needs, budget and desires. No request was too much! She found a hidden gem; Babanango Game Reserve. The trip was a perfect mix of nature, safari and culture.
