Claire was quite simply wonderful from start to finish. She took the time to understand our requirements, made great recommendations and was super amenable to making changes when we wanted to tweak things. She was a pleasure to deal with at every turn. Communication was so easy and she was always responsive. The trip she helped us put together was absolutely the trip of a lifetime. Until we did it and now we can’t wait to do another one. She was so great at the personal touches and even checked in with us along the way to make sure it was all going to plan. If you’re looking for someone that’s the best in the biz, Claire is the one you need. She will be my first call when we put our next African safari together. Good
Very good communication with the tour operator. The safari was great, we went with Serengeti african safari and the guide, Asad was wonderful.We got to see the big 5 and many other animals Campsite’s public areas are dirty, showers ran out of hot shower. Sleeping tents are nice and comfortable, you get to hear animals during the night. They provide sleeping bags. The road at the natural parks is very bumpy and is a long way to the Serengeti as well as to the Ngorongoro from Arusha.
