Awesome experience. The itinerary across most tour operators is pretty similar and involves similar campsites and food but Kale does so at the best price. Oscar was friendly and communicative before the safari. My guide Felix was super knowledgeable and took excellent care of our group.

An Exceptional Kruger Safari Experience – Thoughtful, Seamless, and Truly Memorable!
We’ve not long returned from an incredible Christmas safari trip to the Kruger organised through Tourgy Tourz, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Their pre‑trip communication was excellent; clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Emmah & Pamela offered great advice throughout the planning process and handled every detail, from direct flights from our base in Cape Town (where other operators were suggesting we flew to Jo’berg then took a long drive) and accommodations to transfers and excursions, with real professionalism.
One thing that really stood out was how thoughtfully they maximised our time. They even worked out that we could squeeze in a visit to the Elephant Whispers (this is a must) Sanctuary on the transfer from the airport to our lodge, allowing us to fit in as many unforgettable experiences as possible without ever feeling rushed. They also assisted us with dinner reservations for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which made the festive period feel extra special.
The entire itinerary was beautifully put together; well organised, smooth, and perfectly paced. It struck that rare balance of being full of activities while still feeling relaxed and enjoyable.

We booked a 3 day Safari with Mamnana Adventures, The Safari was tailored according to our preferences. The contact person was always responsive and helpful. Baraka our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and skilled. The accommodation was clear, comfortable with delicious meals.
This was 12/10 experience.

Claire Saunders our tour operator was professional, efficient and well organised
From the outset we had an outstanding service from Claire. She tailored a trip to meet our needs, and made sure it was relatively close to our budget. We had a seamless transfer to the Okavango Delta, starting with a thorough briefing by our driver, and plenty of drinks for the journey. Our drive from Maun to Amber River Lodge in the delta was an adventure in itself, stopping to see the flora and fauna. The lodge absolutely blew us away, we had an amazing time. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Rati, we saw so many wild animals, birds, and the landscape is like paradise. We definitely had luxury accommodation, delicious food, wonderful activities. It was heart wrenching to leave. We had another seamless transfer to the Chobe River, we stayed at Jackalberry. Another stunning lodge. Great pool areas in both to unwind after safari. So close to the national park. We saw elephants, hippos, crocodiles in the water. Also a wide range of land animals and birds. There were beautiful sunsets and sunrises at both sites. We always arrange our own trips but just this once it was nice to have it arranged from start to finish. Claire went the extra mile to make this a memory for a lifetime.

Superb service on every level
Hermosa Tours has excellent customer service that we had to put to the test when our trip was delayed 4 days as we were stuck in Dubai when they closed the airspace down. They rearranged everything for us when we finally managed to get a flight out, and got us back on track. Godwin is such an excellent tour guide, so very patient and informative! Thank you!

Kind and helpful people
My girlfriend and I had a very nice private trip organised by Splendid Vacations.
The booking process was generally smooth.
There had been an issue however with the first payment, which basically was nobodies fault, and a very fair solution was given by Splendid.
On our arrival in Nairobi it was easy to find our transportation to the airport hotel, which was of very high standard.
The next morning our safari really started and we were picked up by our guide/driver Masila, in a comfortable off road vehicle.
Masila has been a great guide, taking very good care of us, always smiling, very flexible and gave us all the time we needed.
When we suggested we would like to do a very early sunrise safari the next morning instead of what was originally planned, that was no problem at all.
One day, when going to the next place in the morning, he suggested to make a little detour in the park first, so we could maybe see a rhino (which we had not seen yet), and guess what.. we did see not one, but a total of three rhinos on our way!
Also all the accommodations we stayed at have met or exceeded expectations, both in locations and staff.
Our personal preference however, turned out to be the tented camps, as they had a nice relaxed and open atmosphere, yet very comfortable.
All in all we had an amazing trip and would definitely do it again!

Very friendly, safe and takes good care of his clients
We had such a great experience from start to finish. Both guides were super fun and easy to be around, and you could tell they really cared about making sure we had a good time and saw everything we came for.
Our driver honestly went above and beyond. On the first day, he stayed out over an extra hour just so we could see a lion and a leopard that we hadn’t spotted yet during our two-day safari. That meant a lot to us and really shows how much effort he put in.
The accommodation was also really, really good—comfortable and better than we expected. Overall, we’re super happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it.
Food was super good too, and drinks we’re always provided

The safari was very good and we saw all the animals we wanted. The guide was very good, professional and was ready to answer all our many questions. The lodges was very nice. High value for money.
