Botswana Safari (10 - 16 May 2026)
I just want to say thanks-a-million for the exceptional safari put together by Bianca and team at eXplore. I lack words to describe the beauty of the Okavango Delta. The way the water just flows across the landscape is unbelievable. To see the Delta from the sky gives a birds eye view and bring home the magnitude of the landscape.
The two camps (Sable Alley en Mbamba) were top class and the staff exceptional. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. They spoiled us like queens.
In the beginning, the amount of water on the flood plains was quite scary. Crossing them with the Land Cruisers was definitely not for sissies or nervous passengers 😊.
My personal highlight was the MackAir bush pilot flights between camps and the additional scenic helicopter (without doors) flight at Mbamba camp.

Best wishes until next time - keep doing what you do !

Zambian Safari Lodge Experience
5/5

Explore Plus arranged our fly-in trip to two safari lodges in Zambia, both run by Green Safaris.
All our travel arrangements took place seamlessly and Explore Plus must also be congratulated on their safari lodge choices.
Ila lodge is located on the east bank of the Kafue River, opposite the national park.
We had good game and bird viewing experiences, but the main attraction of the lodge is the river itself, and river cruises are freely available to guests.
The lodge is superbly run by excellent, friendly staff.
The rooms and central hospitality area are immaculately cared for, and the standard of food was astoundingly good.
Shawa lodge is located on the east bank of the Luangwa River opposite the South Luangwa national park.
Once again, the standard of service, staff friendliness, food and attention to detail were all excellent.
Game and bird viewing in the park is exceptional and the experience was enhanced by our highly knowledgeable game guide.
Overall, a great experience thanks to Explore Plus.

Peak Cruise Safaris made our trip truly amazing, personal and unforgettable.
5/5

We had an incredible 6-day safari in Uganda with Peak Cruise Safaris, including golden monkey trekking, gorilla trekking, game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park and Lake Mburo, plus the boat safari at Queen Elizabeth National Park. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.

Jennifer was extremely reliable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She answered all our questions quickly and made everything easy and stress-free.

Our guide and driver, Godfrey, did an amazing job and truly made our trip even more special. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.

We highly recommend Peak Cruise Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Uganda!

Amazing 7 Day Tanzania Safari Experience
5/5

The entire 7 day trip from start to finish was like magic. Having had the opportunity to see the Big 5, it was heartwarming to see the wonderful nature of Tanzania. Ngorongoro Crater was one of our favorite places - we saw a herd of lion and a huge black rhinoceros in one day!
The Safari360 team took care of everything. Our driver-guide was very professional and had great skills in finding animals. The group was also small (only 6 people) so felt very personal.
There was peace of mind as there was a free cancellation option at the time of booking. We were safe and secure all the time.
I'll book again. Thank you very much Safari360.

Completely exceeded all our expectations
5/5

The trip with Abner Safaris Ltd was wonderful!! All six of us were very happy with the whole arrangement. The total cost was reasonable and the experience was amazing. Everything was great! It completely exceeded all our expectations. All communication before and after the trip was prompt. The accommodation was great and most importantly, we had many incredible encounters with the animals. It was worth our money.

Great safari, bad timing
3/5

I want to first say that our guide, Rodger, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find all the ‘Big 5’ and many other beautiful animals. The accommodations were lovely- the campsite was great to connect with nature, and the hotel was comfortable and clean with tasty meals. The game drives were fantastic.
The reason I gave this safari a 3/5 is not the fault of the guide. On May 18th, the 3rd day of the safari, there were massive protests over gas prices all over Kenya, which turned into rioting, blocking roads and stopping cars. This is not the fault of Axis. The issue was the way the company handled the situation (this does not include Rodger- he was calm under pressure and kept us as safe as possible). Part of the issue here is that Axis combines travelers who are on different tours without clarifying it. There were people on the tour that were only there for 3 days, while others booked for 4 or more. This means that our third day involved bringing the people who had to go back to the office to a drop off point near Nairobi. This is where we got stranded for multiple hours with very little communication or assistance from the office. We spent the whole morning driving, leaving at 6 am, arriving midday and then staying in place. When asked about a refund of some sort for the day that really only included 2 hours of activity, we were told ‘well, day 3 is always a travel day’. The itinerary does not disclose that. They make it look as if there’s multiple activities that happen on day 3. On top of that, guests on our safari had to pay to change flights, without help from the office or clarification on what would happen to help them. Two of the people who were split from the group eventually to go to the airport were hit with a bag of rocks through the window of the car they were put in, leading to them being covered in glass. Again, this isn’t something the company can necessarily control, but the things they can control were handled poorly in my opinion.

Again, this would’ve been a great safari. The issues I had were partially the situation but mostly the office’s handling of it. Rodger was an excellent guide.
