A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience
This was my second time going on a safari with Kay Adventure Tour, and I loved it all over again. Everyone was very accommodating; they picked us up at our apartment (even though we were staying a bit outside the city) and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was super friendly, and communication was very easy. The driver knew his way around well and always made sure to cater to our needs. That meant we could stop for longer periods to watch the breathtaking animals and take lots of photos. The driver also seemed very experienced and was able to take us to the more hidden spots, so we got to see several lions. It was an incredible experience all around, and I’ll definitely book another safari here! Thank you so much for everything!

We did safari with Africa Starpal Safaris through the major parks in Kenya from Amboseli,lake Nakuru,lake Naivasha and famous Masai Mara where we witnessed wildebeest migration.It was unforgettable safari and we couldn't ask for more.

Our guide took care of us throughout the safari. He was very flexible and always tried to adapt the game drives as per our requests. He was very experience in tracking wildlife and very reach in wildlife,birds information.His knowledge of the parks and wildlife behaviour was top notch not forgetting the best sightings making every park and game drive very special. We were able to see alot of wildlife including the big five and alot of birds species during our 8 days safari.

We had an even better experience than we could have imagined.
We booked our gorilla trekking experience in Uganda with Lulu Safari, including one night at a lodge. We booked the trip without seeing much information or many photos beforehand, so we didn’t really know what to expect. In the end, the experience was even better than we could have imagined.
Our tour guide, Bruce, was absolutely amazing. He guided us incredibly well, made sure we had everything we needed, and made the entire trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We truly didn’t feel like we were missing anything.
The gorilla trekking itself was very well organised, and we were lucky enough to see seven gorillas up close. It was an incredible and unforgettable day that we will always remember.
Everything was organised down to the smallest detail by Lulu Safari. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Seamless and wonderful experience
Peter created a fantastic program for a group of 26. We had 4 vehicles and 4 brilliant guides (Mose, Freddy, Brian & David). The organisation was great and the trip is now a lifetime memory for us all. The guides we friendly, knowledgeable and enhanced the trip for us all.
We were so lucky in Maasai and saw leopard, cheetah, lion cubs, elephants and so much more. The rest of the stops were also incredible from walking amongst giraffe, to seeing hippos from the water and huge herds of elephants in Amboseli. I would recommend Pavillion to anyone. One of the most phenomenal and breathtaking experiences of my life!
I had the most amazing experience ever in a 4 day safari tour through the Tarangire, Serengeti and the Ngorogoro Crater. My guide was Emanuel and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better guide!! He made sure the whole group was comfortable, took care care of all our needs and was always there to make sure we had the most pleasant experience. He made sure to drive everywhere so we can see all the animals possible. His knowledge was outstanding and we definitely learned all we could about the animals and even many words in Swahili. I definitely want to go back and do it again, and if Emanuel can be my guide again, that would be even better! 100% recommended!!

Professional, well organised and friendly
it has long been a dream of my aunt to visit Kenya so we were concerned that our trip would not meet her expectations, however they were exceeded so i decided to write a review
From the initial communication the planning of the safari was excellent from start to finish, with every detail carefully organised to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Communication throughout the process was outstanding, and Lucy was exceptional in keeping us informed, responding promptly to questions, and providing clear, helpful guidance at every stage. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach gave us complete confidence in the arrangements, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable long before the safari even began.
The day before the Safari began Lucy contacted me to confirm pickup time then shortly after our Driver, Yassin, contacted me to confirm and also provide his contact number should we have any concerns. On the first morning Yassin met us at the agreed time and took us to the office where we met with Lucy who explained the program for the Safari and answered any questions.
Our safari experience was made truly unforgettable thanks to Yassin, whose expertise, dedication, and passion for wildlife were evident throughout the trip. From the very beginning, he demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the parks, animal behaviour, and local environment, ensuring that every game drive was both exciting and informative.
One of Yassin's most impressive achievements was his ability to locate all of the Big Five. Through his experience, contacts, and deep understanding of animal movements, we were fortunate enough to see lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo during our safari. His determination and patience were remarkable, and it was clear that he took great pride in providing the best possible wildlife viewing opportunities for the group.
What truly set Yassin apart, however, was his ability to understand the needs and interests of everyone in the group. He quickly recognised that each guest had different priorities, whether that was photography, bird watching, spending more time observing particular animals, or simply enjoying the overall safari experience. He listened carefully to our preferences and adapted the itinerary accordingly, ensuring that everyone felt included and got the most from the trip.
Yassin's flexibility was exceptional. Rather than rigidly following a fixed schedule, he adjusted game drive routes and timings based on wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and the group's interests. This personalised approach meant that every day felt unique and carefully tailored to maximise both wildlife encounters and guest enjoyment. His decisions consistently resulted in memorable experiences that exceeded our expectations.
Yassin consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly aunts were comfortable throughout the safari. He carefully coordinated with each lodge to secure accommodation that was conveniently located close to the main facilities, minimizing the amount of walking required and making it much easier for them to enjoy their stay. This level of care and consideration provided great peace of mind for the family and demonstrated Yassin's genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional and inclusive safari experience for us
Throughout the safari, Yassin maintained a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. He was always approachable, happy to answer questions, and eager to share fascinating information about the animals, ecosystems, and local culture. His enthusiasm was contagious and added tremendous value to every outing. Whether explaining animal behaviour, identifying birds, or discussing conservation efforts, he displayed an impressive depth of knowledge that enhanced our appreciation of the environment around us.

Exceptional service, warm hospitality and an unforgettable safari experience from start to finish!
We had an absolutely amazing five-day safari experience in Tanzania with Emmanuel as our guide and driver!
From the very beginning, Emmanuel was friendly, communicative, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much information with us about the wildlife, nature, local culture, and Tanzania in general, which made the whole experience even more interesting and memorable. His hospitality was exceptional, and he always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of the trip.
He is also an excellent and very skilled driver — something you definitely appreciate after five days on safari! Beyond his professionalism, Emmanuel has a fantastic personality and brought so much fun and positive energy to our group. We even discovered that he is a great singer and dancer, which made some of our moments together even more unforgettable!
By the end of the five days, it felt like we had travelled with a friend rather than simply a tour guide.

An unforgettable 14-day adventure through Uganda with Grassrootz Adventures
We just returned from an incredible 14-day tour through Uganda with Grassrootz Adventures, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very first contact, Sander was fantastic to work with. Whatever wishes or special requests we had, he always came up with a fitting solution, and communication was always fast and easy via WhatsApp.
The lodges we stayed at throughout the trip were all excellent — every single one was good / top-notch, comfortable, and beautifully located. The game drives were amazing, offering incredible wildlife sightings and unforgettable moments in the bush.
Other highlights of the trip were the trekkings: the mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, and golden monkeys were truly extraordinary. Coming face to face with these animals in their natural habitat is an experience that words can barely do justice to — utterly magical, very close by and something we will never forget.
All in all, this was a phenomenal trip from start to finish, perfectly organized by a team that clearly knows Uganda inside and out.
