Steve makes the difference
My safari was made by my guide and driver, Steve: knowledgeable, patient and great company. He brought the wildlife to life and also shared real insights into Tanzanian culture, daily life. Long, dusty drives became enjoyable thanks to his storytelling.
That said, my high rating is mainly for him. Mixing very different accommodation categories in the same vehicle created space issues and meant extra waiting time in camps instead of enjoying the parks. Fortunately, the group was very friendly, which made the safari very pleasant.
I stayed in great lodges like Tanzania Bush Camp in the Serengeti, but given the big price gap other agencies may suit non-tent bookings better.
So for tented camps, this setup is perfect and overall, I’d still recommend the tour with Steve.

I had a great experience with them. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the tour. They made sure I was comfortable, helped me take photos and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. The service was excellent and everything went smoothly. I would definitely book with them again if I return.

Fantastic!
We have traveled with a number of tour operators, but Singe (seen-gay) is in a league of its own. They were incredibly patient and understanding as we were in the planning stages of our trip and struggling with timing and other decisions. When we arrived, were met at the airport by the owners, who welcomed us warmly. The curated custom itinerary of game drives, accommodations, and other activities they arranged were spectacular. Nelson, our driver/guide/game spotter was spectacular. His ability to spot wildlife was unbelievable and he was especially good at finding quiet areas of each park where we could be alone with the wildlife. After a dozen game drives, he still found ways to keep things astounding. His warmth and humour were hugely appreciated.
When my wife’s sister passed away during the trip, Singe Tours contacted the lodge where we were staying, and the staff arranged for her to plant a tree in memory. We truly cannot say enough about Singe Tours. What other tour company texts their clients to ensure they arrived home safely? No other that we have ever encountered. They created the trip of a lifetime for us and we can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Very organized with great attention to detail
We booked the Mkomazi 2D1N with Geofrey from Promised Land Tours and it was awesome!Geofrey was always fast and clear with communication. Ali picked us up at our hotel and stayed with us through the drop back in Arusha. Ali was extremely knowledge and experienced (20 years!) with the game drives through Mkomazi and also very personable. He taught us a lot about the animals and about Tanzania. We saw giraffes, zebras, black monkeys, oryx, elephants, lions, dik dik, among many other wildlife. We got to see the wild dogs up close which was amazing! We also saw black rhinos up close in the special enclosure. We also learned a lot about the conservation efforts for the wild dogs and rhinos. The lodge was Mkomazi Wilderness Retreat which was a very cool and unique accommodation inside Mkomazi NP. The food was delicious and the room super clean and comfortable. Our package was the Mkomazi day trip plus the overnight extra at Mkomazi Wilderness Retreat. We were there
25–26 Sep 2026. Mkomazi is a quiet park without the northern-circuit crowds and we barely saw any other tourists. Would recommend and book again.

Very beautiful and informative
Martin our guide was very nice and entertaining !. He brought us to all the best spots. The experience was overall very worthwhile.
