Well-organized agency and guide giving a lifetime experience.
Very easy and clear communication in advance and also during the tour with the company and with the guide.
The tour was well-organized, the tur guide, Melita made everything to follow the wishes of our mixed, international group. Because of the experienced driving and communication we could use our time the most efficiently, and could cover the big five and many many other animals from different angles, doing different activities. We could even see the birth of a topi.
I highly recommend to take this tour.
Incredible Kenyan Safari experience
My daughter and I have just completed an 8 day private Kenyan Safari and we couldn’t recommend Morningstar Tours and Travel as a Kenyan Safari provider highly enough!
Alice was our first contact with the Company and was super efficient in providing a suggested itinerary and quote. She made some minor adjustments for us and the final product was wonderful - visiting 5 different parks over the 8 days: Amboseli NP, Lake Naivasha, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Rono was our guide-driver for the 8 day Safari and we couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job! He was a safe driver, his vehicle was immaculate and extremely comfortable, his knowledge about his country, its wildlife and its flora, was incredible - and he was great company!
Whilst in Nairobi, Rono also introduced us to the team behind the scenes and it was wonderful to meet the local team that all work tirelessly to ensure everyone’s experience is the best possible.
All in all, there was nothing to fault and we would highly recommend Morningstar Tours and Travel to others seeking a high quality Kenyan Safari experience.

Profesional, friendly and excellent service
From the preparation stages everything went really well. Elijah made sure the itinerary was exactly what we wanted giving us expert advice .the process was explained and we accepted. Communication continued up until we boarded the flight. On arrival the director of the company and Elijah our consultant met us at the airport together with our driver/guide. After all the introductions we proceeded with our driver Lawrence a very calm cool guy who has become our friend. He took great care of us throughout the safari. I don’t think that it would have been the same without him. We have spent 8 days together and the travelling has been great fun. He showed us all that we wanted to see. Always professional attentive and always going the extra mile to keep us happy. If you book with leopard ask for Lawrence.

Very welcoming experience. Skilled driver who takes you through the parks to ensure you see the best views of the animals and are accommodating if you want to stop for pictures. Our guides were joyful. We had fruitful conversation and fun times listening to music in the car. The stays are all inclusive with delicious food. One note for improvement is our stay in Masai Mara wasn’t up to the luxury standard as Amboselli and Lake Nakuru — Advised to Google search your stays ahead of time. Felt safe and had fun the whole trip. Overall, would 100% recommend Jungleroam to friends & family

Tribone is an excellent driver and guide. He always had a big smile on his face and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced and helped us achieve seeing the big 5 in a short week. Mike is another friendly and knowledgeable guide who made it a fun week. Perfect 5days safari with suricata and Gerald
It was an authentic African safari experience. We saw all big 5 animals and numerious different birds and mammals. Our accommodations were providing world-class great services and delicious African style food.
The most significant point is our experienced guide Gerald. He is always taking care of us very carefully. My wife is gluten free and he is so sweet to remember this and satisfy our necessites. He is super skillful in driving and has great knowledge about annimals and the locals.
We had a great time with Gerald and definetly will recommend to other about suricata and Gerald.

Everything is perfect!
This tour is excellent, because we had the best tour guide whose name is Gerald. He is energetic, patient and knowledgeable about the animals. Thanks for him, me and my husband had a wonderful travel experience. We will definitely revisit his beautiful place again.

Worth the price and a good memory in first Africa trip
We were upset when there was no brochure sent after the reservation confirmation. However it turned out a good one-week safari trip. First of all I like the efforts they help us arrange the routine while we want to go Hell’s Gate for a walk instead of watching the rhinos. And the traffic was tough and took longer time than I was expected, but washroom, lunch hours were secure. James was the driver and guide, I think he tried best to let us see the big5 such as lions and elephants both in masai and Amboseli while not disturbing those animals too much like some of the drivers kept turning on the engine when animals was so close. It will be more than better if the staff could prepare a brochure with more detailed schedule and locations - actually I cannot well remember some of the specific names of locations or animals.

Great Safari Experience!!!
Jungleroam Safari team has provided us with the competitive package for 7 days of safari. We connected with Ms. Chesi from our home country and she suggested appropriate package option to us and efficiently managed from the airport pickup on day 1 to Nairobi hotel drop on the last day of Safari.
Our special thanks Guide cum Driver Mr. Elias who was supportive throughout the 7 days and for his patience with us particularly as we have infant baby girl travelling with us. Overall, we had a very good experience from start to end including hotel accompdation, food, game drives and recommend travellers to proceed with them without any doubt.

Straight forward and clear
Special shout-out to Moses, who helped me book the whole trip — fast responses and great value for money!
The only thing I would have hoped for was a clearer itinerary throughout the trip. Information about the following day, including the starting time and schedule, was often only announced the night before when we were being dropped off at the hotel, which honestly felt a little uncomfortable and uncertain.
Especially when it came to the safaris, things sometimes seemed to end quite randomly, which made me wonder whether the schedule was really the best setup — for example, entering the park after 9:30 a.m., leaving before dawn, or doing game drives during the hottest hours of the day when even the zebras seemed to be hiding!
That said, I would definitely recommend this trip to my friends. It was such a lovely experience, and we saw everything we could have dreamed of! A special thanks as well to our reliable guide, James, who always made sure we were okay and well taken care of throughout the trip.
