Professional tour guide, rich travel programs, very reassuring
I participated in a tribal tour in southern Ethiopia through this travel agency. The tour guide took us to visit many tribes and introduced us to the living customs of the local tribes, and let us enter the places where the tribes live, have in-depth contact with them, and understand their culture, which is a very rare and profound experience.

Recently went on a 4-day tour with Simien tour exploring different indigenous tribes in the Omo Valley , and I can honestly say it was one of the most meaningful travel experiences I’ve ever had.
The itinerary was thoughtfully planned each day brought us to a different community, with time to listen, learn, and engage respectfully. We visited 7 tribes and were welcomed with such generosity. We got to witness traditional ceremonies, learn about their crafts, daily life, and history. It never felt rushed or staged the company clearly values authentic, ethical tourism. Accommodations were simple but clean and comfortable, and the logistics ran smoothly the entire trip. I especially appreciated how the tour emphasized mutual respect and left space for real conversations, not just photo ops.

Great operator.
I did the northern historical circuit in August 2025. 11 days in total including Tigray churches Axum Gondar and Addis Ababa as well as Danakil depression and Harar. What distinguishes him is that he chooses only the best guides in each one city.

Amazing Journey Through Omo Valley
I recently completed a several-day tour through the Omo Valley, visiting multiple tribes, and it was an experience I will never forget. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our guide, Sahlie, was truly the highlight of the trip. His knowledge about the tribes, history, and culture of the region was incredibly deep, and he shared it in such an engaging and insightful way. Beyond his expertise, Sahlie was also kind, patient, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. His attentiveness and warm personality made the trip feel personal and truly special.
The hotels we stayed at were comfortable and well-kept, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The food throughout the trip was also a highlight—delicious and varied, offering a true taste of local cuisine that perfectly complemented the adventure.

Sahlei made an extrnsive tour all over the country. sahlei is trustworthy both with money and sotheby the program. I Got a lot for my money. The 4 days hike in Simiens Mountains was unique. The churches in Lalibela were absolutely amazing. Er Were lucky to get Bull jump in Omo valley.
