Best experience we have had with any travel / tour agent. Exceptional service.
David’s easy communication and willingness to work with us to design the ideal itinerary made him a stand out from the initial enquires I made. Through the process he was thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, adaptable and honest with his advice. Our trip was perfect. He had curated the perfect blend of accommodation and activities for an affordable cost, giving us a few additional options for add ons when we arrived - all with pricing so we knew exactly what to expect. The app they use, along with extra tips for what to expect in the various places, was the perfect guide on the road as well as for sharing with family so they knew where we were! He also kept in touch throughout the trip to offer extra help, and we had a surprise visit to put a face to the name when in Swakopmund. We could not fault anything with our trip or with the experience with Jangwa, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a trip - David proved they could tailor the experience to any level of assistance or independence desired. We will be repeat customers!

Excellent Tour of Namibia
We had a great experience with Jangwa Tours planning our safari in Namibia. This was our first time in Africa (two women traveling by ourselves), and we were not exactly sure what we were looking for and what to expect :) Johann tailored an amazing itinerary for us, which took us to the most incredible places we didn't even know existed! All the lodges and activities that he had booked for us were top notch!
We also appreciated timely responses and support before and during our trip, answering all questions, small or big.
We are ecstatic we chose Namibia as our "Africa introduction country", and we are very happy that we used Jangwa Tours and Safaris to help us plan this unforgettable adventure.

Flawless Experience Through Namibia & Botswana
I had an amazing 7-day trip organized by this agency — 5 days in Namibia and 2 in Botswana — and everything exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the itinerary was perfectly planned and clearly documented. All the logistics ran smoothly: transfers were punctual, vehicles were spotless, and every local partner they work with was kind, helpful, and professional. Excellent service and excellent selection of accommodations.
Having Jangwa select and arrange the accommodations was a very good decision as the accommodations were great and we had no issues with our booking upon arrivals. The website was very helpful and we had a great trip.
Fantastic Service & A great Trip!
Jangwa was fantastic in designing the itinerary for our two-week self-drive safari. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and nothing was ever too much trouble — even when our table broke and we had a flat tyre, they promptly sorted it all out for us with a replacement table and tyre change.
The app they provided was also excellent, giving us a day-by-day breakdown of our trip along with some great insider tips!

We travelled with Jangwa Tours and Safaris for an unforgettable self drive tour in Nambia.
David was very careful with us to choose the best solution with a mix of camping and lodges.
During the our 12 days tour we had a phone number for any necessity, David gave us suggestions and assistance.
We had a problem with one luggage that arrived on the next day, he sent us a driver to Sesriem from Windhoek to deliver our luggage at the Camping, incredible service! 🙏
The camping and lodges were amazing, the 4WD car with rooftop tent was very good and perfectly equipped.
We had a lot of wonderful experiences through the Namib desert to Swakopmund and Walvis Bay with an incredible day at Sandwich Harbour, the Damaraland area, Etosha NP and the Onguma reserve where we had one of the best experience of my life like the bush dinner...
I strongly suggest David and his Company to our friends and family and to everyone love adventure and nature, they have a 5 stars service! I will travel for sure with them for other destinations.

Very responsible business

Johann set up a great itinerary!
Our 12-day self-drive through Namibia was extraordinary, and, for us, the trip of a lifetime. Johann worked with us through many changes and offered excellent advice - with the result that we couldn't imagine it could have been organized any better. His suggestion that we really splurge at Ongava for three days was well worth the cost, and we loved Okonjima. We were amazed at the number of animal sightings, and at how close they were! Accommodations were unusual and each was different. Self-driving allowed us to see the diverse landscape and get a sense of Namibia. It's big, really big. Johann also arranged two days for us in Cape Town, where we had a chance to recover from our transatlantic flight and tour the city with a guide. A spectacular trip!!

David was FANTASTIC - best tour operator experience ever!
Jangwa answered my email promptly and was able to customize my trip to accommodate my interests. David suggested and arranged a few excursions and during the trip helped me to book one other excursion. He provided me with a customized itinerary with the booking codes, and all this information was available via a very useful app. Each day's itinerary even included a recommended driving route with distances and time the trip would take. David kept in touch with me during the trip and sent a few useful tips e.g. on the day we were due to drive on gravel roads he messaged me with a recommendation for the tire pressure - what service! The price for the trip was very reasonable - I couldn't have got a better price by making the arrangements myself. All the arrangements were perfect, and I had the most amazing trip. Thank you, David, and Jangwa Tours for a most memorable trip.
