The organisation, meeting at Kili airport, lodges and game drives was perfectly in order.
Our trip was based on our own wishes, but also on usefull advices from 'Intent on Safari'. The trip therefore came out very well balanced between drives, good food, sufficient rest and nice contacts with the local population.
While enjoying our game drives from Tarangire Safari Lodge, our driver/guide Joseph told us all about the wildlife on the way. As he was an intelligent chap, we were also able discuss with him in a positive way the various challenges facing the young nation Tanzania.
Tarangire Safari Lodge, right in the Natioinal Park, is a real top location with beautiful views friendly staff, excellent food and lots of animals around. Though not in high season we saw lions (and a kill), giraffes, impalas, waterbucks, the most colorful birds, lots of elephants on almost every possible location, etc, etc.
On the way back we stayed at Rivertrees lodge, close to Arusha and Kilimanjaro Airport, but at a very quiet bush location.
All in all a wonderful trip. Would do it again!

Super safari experience!
The safari was perfectly organised, they listened to our wishes and delivered exactly what we wanted. We had a great driver and stayed at some lovely accomodations. Thank you Intent on Safari!!

Amazing trip to Tanzania in May!!!
We went on an amazing holiday to Tanzania in May 2015 thanks to Intent on Safari! Looking to comfortably travel and see as much as we could in a short space of time ( 14 days), Intent on Safari was able to plan us an incredible trip including Safari's in the Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu area and Tarangire National Park, ending with a couple of relaxing days on the beaches of Pangani. The Ndutu location was specially suggested by Intent on Safari as the migration had returned to the area after heavy rains that month! What an amazing experience!!!
Everything was superbly organised for us, from transfers to and from Kilimanjaro Airport, a large safari vehicle with an amazing driver/guide who accompanied us on our safari, bookings in amazing lodges and a flight trip to the coast and back!
Attention to detail regarding my girlfriends gluten intolerancey must also be mentioned, we were able to enjoy our meals care-free!
Contact with Intent on Safari was very comfortable and personal, not to mention quick responses to our inquiries! If we ever come back to Tanzania, Intent on Safari is the way to go for us!! Thanks so much!!

Intent on Safari is an incredibly well planned, well researched trip with thoughtful touches throughout the experience. The lodges that were chosen were exceptional and well appointed and the communication with the travel company was efficient, thorough and well planned. HIGHLY recommend.

Our touroparator organised everything down to the last detail. There was room for personal input.
Because Laura has worked in Tanzania for a long time, she has the right connections. My guide knew the region very well, so he knew exactly where to find the most amazing animals. He also knew a lot about the history of the groups. That really makes a difference to having a great safari.

Very conscientious
A group of six of us started a 12 day safari from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro airport in Tanzania. One of our party’s luggage was lost in Amsterdam. It took several days to get her luggage. We were near Ngorongoro Crater before her luggage showed up. Laura from Intent on Safari was in constant communication with us. She had someone pick up her suitcase from the airport in Tanzania and drive several hours one way to drop it off.
Shadrack was our guide through Tanzania. What an incredibly intelligent and personable person. He has an instinct for spotting wildlife way in the distance. He knew how to maneuver the Land Cruiser to get the best shot. I highly recommend Intent on Safari and ask for Shadrack as a guide. I understand that his father Paul is also a great guide.

Amazing Safari Adventure arranged by Intent on Safari
Laura from Intent on Safari planned the Best Safari Adventure for our group of 6!!! She included everything we asked for from great lodging including some tent glamping to a fabulous balloon ride over the Serengeti Valley. The guides we had were simply the Best! We saw the absolute most amazing animals and our guide provided the best positioning always for our up close viewing. We were blessed by Laura’s connection to Tanzania and Kenya as she has lived there and has the respect of so many locals. She was always in communication with our group and assisted with my lost luggage situation from the airline! That was above and beyond!!! Laura also assisted with our continued extension to Cape Town South Africa. Everything was Amazing! I highly recommend Intent on Safari! Simply the Best. I have the most fantastic memories!
