Very punctual, loving caring, good listener, well organised all his work was on point
Very reliable and he went an extra mile to please us. He was always checking on us has good communication skills, we were connected through out our tour, connected on internet and charging our phones while on the go. Value for money is guaranteed with wanderlust, I was impressed by his humour.

Made the trip a huge success, an absolutely amazing experience.
The communication with Wanderlust was great from the first time I reached out. I told them that I was looking to book a 2 day safari but would like it to be 2 different locations. Tongai emailed back with a detailed description of each of the 2 days. To be honest I thought I was just booking a safari but what I got was so much more. Through out the entire process Wanderlust and specifically Tongai continued to stay in constant communication offering to help with every step along the way.
Our original plan was to arrive in Victoria falls early afternoon on Tuesday and spend time visiting the falls and shopping, however, we had vehicle troubles (completely unrelated to Wanderlust and Tongai) and were not able to arrive until after dark, so we had to change our plans. Tongai helped us adjust our schedule and made sure that we were able to do everything that we wanted to do, including coming to pick us up from our accommodations and taking us to Victoria Falls at 6:00am, prior to taking us to the airport. This was not even part of the original arrangements that we had made but Tongai went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we got the most out of our experience.
If you are planning a visit to Zimbabwe/Botswana, I highly recommend Wanderlust for an amazing experience. If and when I return I will be reaching out to them again.

Tongai was an excellent host, he went above and beyond, and I felt safe and my trip was fantastic. From on-time airport pick-ups and patience as I tried to locate my suitcase, all the way to ensure I got a ticket to the Vic Falls Carnival. Thank you for being authentic and a true good human.

Wanderlust were fabulous. Efficient, trustworthy, fun and go out of their way to please.
We did a 2 day safari with Wanderlust from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park. They were always on time, the accomodation they booked was better than expected, and they were lovely to deal with. Tongai always responded to our emails quickly and clearly. We also did safaris with other companies while we were in Zimbabwe and Wanderlust were far superior.
