Excellent service that was beyond our expectations.
My partner, Lesley and I arrived in Maun hoping that somehow we would be able to book a safari experience in the Okavango Delta at the last minute, ie the next day. Given that the camps are often booked up a year in advance we were prepared to be disappointed.
We were fortunate to be introduced to Sethunya, the owner of Outer Limits Travel and Tours. Sethunya was able to find accomodation and flights at Vimbura Plains departing the next morning. We consider Sethunya a Wonder Woman. Her service was just so good. Her knowledge of the product is first class. She even saw us onto the plane the next morning and was there to great us on our return. We cannot speak highly enough of her and look forward to arranging future safaris with her,, at a more leisurely pace next time.

Exceptional and unforgettable safari experience
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Sethunya went far and beyond our expectations. From the very first communication . she handled everything with such ease and professionalism and attention to detail. what really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt, we felt cared for throughout. It's rare to come across a tour operator that delivers at this level! and I feel 5 stars simply don't feel enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly exceptional safari experience and we will definitely be travelling with them again !
Professional and welcoming
We had a wonderful experience during my safari. From the ride on the small plane and helicopter and daily on the Landcruiser, it was just an amazing experience. Our journey to the Moremi Game Reserve completely blew past every expectation we had, leaving us with a lifetime of memories. From seamless logistics to heart-pounding wildlife encounters, this safari was a masterclass in hospitality and adventure. We were immersed in the natural world without sacrificing comfort. The food, beautiful people, experiencing the animals in their natural habitat was so amazing and a dream we could never imagine. Would like to do this again.

Sethunya made the entire Botswana trip easy and unforgettable
Sethunya was excellent from the beginning. She stayed on top of the itinerary, answered every question quickly, and made the entire Botswana trip feel organized without ever feeling overmanaged. What stood out most was how personal it felt. She was there to greet me at the airport when I arrived and again when I left, and we even sat down for coffee and a genuinely lovely conversation. She did not make me feel like just another client; it felt like she actually cared about me and the experience I was having. It was an incredible trip, and nearly a year later I am still thinking about it. I have already recommended Sethunya to friends, which is probably the best review I can give. I would absolutely use Outer Limits Travel & Tours again, hopefully sooner than later.

Our tour operator, Sethunya was simply the best I've ever worked with hands down!
We absolutely loved our journey to Botswana and beyond! We were introduced to this local Botswana agency and were fortunate to have fallen into the amazing hands of Sethunya. In no way could we have thrived as well with a US agency. Sethunya contoured our trip for 5 to our best advantages and made herself available seemingly at all hours. No easy task when you're dealing with a 7 hour time zone difference.
The camps chosen, activities planned, and the transportation to each within our trip were impeccable. Given that our trip coincided with our 50th anniversary she saw to it that the camps as well as a private helicopter ride had some sort of recognition and celebration for us. Very special!
As far as value for the money......admittedly it's not a cheap vacation and we knew that going in, Yet, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. We have all added a lifetime's worth of incredible memories!

My husband and I were coming up on our 50th Anniversary & we were looking for a place to take our family to celebrate. WE were toying with the idea of going to Africa. Luck would have it, we were put in touch with Sethunya Botshabelo, Founder & Owner of Outer Limits Travel, a local in Botswana. (Note: You most definitely want to work with someone who is a local! This will at least give you the best chance on not wasting time traveling from one camp to the next, offer options to suit your budget & cater specifically to you.)
