Absolutely recommend Rockfowl Safaris!
I chose Rockfowl Safaris for my one-day safari in Chobe. And I haven't regretted it one bit! Diki Macdonald was very responsive and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. Thank you so much for that!
At 7 a.m., a very friendly driver picked us up from the hotel. He drove us to the Zimbabwe border, where we swapped the car for a safari jeep. Then we crossed the Botswana border and drove to Chobe, a 20-30-minute drive. There were five of us on the ground safari. After the ground safari, we had lunch at a nice lodge, a buffet, and unlimited access.
Then there was the water part. The boat was small, and the guide tried very hard to show all the animals as close as possible. We really enjoyed the water part too. We saw about 200 elephants in the park, lots of antelopes, nine lionesses with the kill very close, giraffes, hippos, buffalos, crocodiles, monkeys, and countless birds. In the evening, we were also taken back to the hotel.
I highly recommend safari in Chobe with Rockfowl Safaris🫶
