Incredible trip with top-notch guide
Our family of 5 had a 2-day 1-night safari in Chobe, sleeping under canvas, booked through another tour company but operated by Kalahari. It was fantastic. Major was an expert, charming and patient guide both on the boat and on game drives, and stayed just as focused and cool after 3 hours of driving, helpfully answering all our questions. His colleagues at the camp and the office were friendly and helpful, and the food was just what we needed. We saw the most amazing wildlife close up, including a lion chase - unforgettable.

A Wondereful Experience
As a couple we went on a 3 day, 2 night camping safari in Chobe National Park, Botswana with the most incredible team of Moses (our guide) who was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, MP (our chef) who produced the most amazing food for breakfast, brunch and dinner, how he did this in a camping setting I will never know and Amos, who worked tirelessly to make us feel welcome, safe and well looked after around the camp.
The game drives were so exhilerating and we saw all the animals we wanted to see thanks to Moses understanding and knowledge of the park and the best places to see them and we spent several hours out searching for them and capturing some incredible photos,
Returning to camp on each occasion was a treat with a ready supply of food and drink and the opportunity to sit round the fire with the other couples (there were only ever four of us on camp each evening) to chat and share stories and experiences which was also a treat as the sun set or rose.
The camp is fully open with no fences but we always felt very safe, although we never attempted a walk to the toilet tent at night nor take a shower !!
We've been on safari in Africa on a couple of occasions in the past but have never camped so if you're looking for adventure and something a little different with a change of perspective out in the peaceful quite of the African bush with full access to a starry canopy overhead we would highly recommend this experience and if you are going to do so please use Kalahari Tours because they are superb to deal with, totally efficient, excellent admin, lovely people and an amazing group of people whilst out on camp

The perfect safari thanks to a dedicated, experienced and friendly team
Where to start.... Kalahari team is competent and serviceable at an unmatched level.
First, behind the screens, Kristin and Lunza were so helpful! They managed to change our stay at the last minute as we had missed the connecting flight to Zambia. No questions, no problems, only solutions! This is rare enough to be said. We were so happy to be able to thank them in person at the office.
Second, Nelson, our guide, has just been per-fect! He did his utmost to find and show wilderness at its best. We saw almost all of animals (from Bush chickens and impalas ;-) to elephants, lions, hippos, girafes, zebras, african darters, crocodiles etc... He knew where to go and at what time to spot the animals. He also shared his knowledge about each species. Worth to be noted, we had good laughs during the 3 days. Soooo nice! (Just a hint, if he asks you to push the car, don't unbuckle the belt! ;-) ).
Third, the camp was perfectly located, right in the middle of the Chobe Park. Comfortable tents in a lovely setting. Chef P prepared the right bush cuisine that goes with the context!
No hesitations for us, we will recommend Kalahari Tours and Chobe Park to all our friends!
The best guides and safari ever!
We did a 3 days/2 nights camping in chobe and everything was just perfect!
The guides were amazing, passionate, so knowledgeable.
They made so much effort in getting the best spot and pictures and looking for animals.
Everything was arranged perfectly, we felt like in luxury camp, food was also really good.
It was once in a lifetime experience and so worth it.
Don’t think about it, book with them, they are the best!

Unforgettable
We had an unforgettable 3-day, 2-night safari in Chobe with Kalahari Tours. From the moment we were met at the border, everything was perfectly organised. Our guides, Gee and Chika, were exceptional - knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about wildlife, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The team went above and beyond to accommodate our group's dietary needs, ensuring everyone had delicious and satisfying meals throughout the trip. Special thanks to Dicks and Amos, the camp staff, for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel right at home in the bush!

At paradise with Kalahari Tours
I spent three days two nights in the paradise that is Chobe National Park, guided by the fantastic and professional team from Kalahari Tours.
Our skillful and sharp guides, Free and Lance, kept us safe and informed every step of the way. The stories shared by them made the entire experience even more fulfilling and memorable.
MP, the wonderful chef, ensured we were well fed with delicious meals, and the thoughtful host, Meshack, made us feel right at home. Every detail was perfectly executed, making the experience truly exceptional.
We explored the park in an open vehicle, surrounded by awe-inspiring wildlife- leopards, giraffes, elephants, lionesses and many more - all watching us as we passed. Our guides gently reminded us to only step out for designated toilets stops, ensuring our safety while allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the wild beauty of Chobe.
It was more than a tour - it was an unforgettable encounter with nature.

You can truly see that he loves what he does and connects with the land and the animals
I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Chobe national park, not only was the landscape breathtaking and the animals were beyond incredible, but our guide Mr. T made this experience one I will never forget. You can see that this is not just a job for him, he truly loves what he does and connects with the land and the animals. He never failed to answer any questions we had and was more than happy to oblige to requests that we had. He took his time to teach us not just about the animals, but the land, the history and about any and all other organism in the park. He made sure to cater the trip around our interest to ensure that we had the most incredible, magical and memorable time.
Being a part of the camping experience was also a must! The food and accommodations were incredible! Whenever we came back to camp there was always food ready for us and a campfire already started. The entire time the team made us feel safe and well taken care of. I would highly highly recommend Kalahari to anyone I know!!

Fantastic trip
This trip is great ! Great value, amazing guides and over the 3 days 2 nights we seen everything that we hoped for- camp meals were all very good and the actual camp setup was perfect. Thanks to all the team who helped make for a great experience
Gee is a friendly, interesting guide that made our tour fun, informative and most exciting.
Every one of the individuals from Kalahari tours made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The boat tour guide, (Six) was careful to make sure we felt safe and everyone understood the importance of procedures as it related to safety. Six was very informative, friendly and fun. Our Safari guide Gee was also careful to point out necessary safety precautions. He was also very knowledgeable and took time to point out the smallest creatures. During the course of our 3 day 3 night with the team, we made new friends with the staff and other participants. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were comfortable and the trip was a great success. I highly recommend Kalahari tours
