A few days ago, we returned from Kenya, and while my impressions are still fresh, I would like to write a review of our safari tour. We planned and booked the safari tour six months before leaving Germany. We paid a 30% deposit and paid the rest on site. On the day of the safari tour, we were accompanied by our driver Sebastian and our guide Brian. Sebastian speaks a little German, so we understood everything he said. He answered many of our questions and translated what Brian told him about the animals. We saw many animals, including a lioness with her cub. We spent the night at Nugatane Lodge.

Excellent safari experience with very professional staff!
We were 2 couple and we did an amazing 3D2N safari in Tsavo East and West.
Bryan and the driver Sebastian are very professional and experienced guys, who did everything was in their possibility to let us meet a great amount of different animals.
The 4 lions and 7 cubs left us without words.

Efficient, friendly and informative
Had a wonderful trip to Tsavo West then East with Omar. The lodges were first class, the food was amazing with loads of choice and as an added bonus we saw loads of different animals including lions and cheetahs. It was a magical experience highly recommended .

Unforgettable Safari
We had an amazing experience with Mackos Wanderlust Safaris and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a safari adventure! Everything was well-organized, and we felt taken care of from start to finish.
A special shoutout to our driver and guide, Nick – he was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about wildlife, Nick made the whole trip even more memorable. He shared so much fascinating information about the animals we saw and made sure we never missed a moment. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious!

2 Day Safari and night at Saltlick Lodge
2 day safari to East Tsavo and Tatia Hills and one night at Salt Lick Lodge. We needed to be picked from the Taveta border from Tanzania to Kenya and ending end point was Diani beach. Brian was very helpful and flexible throughout and responded promptly to my questions. He met us at Taveta and helped with the border crossing. We did a morning game drive In Tsavo East and loved the huge African elephants. We then did an afternoon and morning game drive in Tatia Hills (Saltlick reserve). Also amazing wildlife views from Saltlick lodge including giraffe at the viewing water hole. Our driver was Sebastian was excellent. His skill throughout was evident but really necessary on the Mombasa Road from Voi to Diani. We felt safe with Sebastian but I would avoid this route in future due to traffic conditions. We loved Saltlick and enjoyed our safari. Good value from a good team and would recommended.

Great Safari with nice guides and splendid photo opportunities!
Our guides Brian and Sebastian were wonderful. They were driving us through Tsavo East and West as well as Taita Hills on a safari that we were able to customize to fit best, what we wanted to achieve. We were able to see tons of wildlife and they always went out of their way to get us to the perfect spot. Either positioning the car meter by meter to get us the best view or listening to the radio and exchanging calls with others to find opportunities such as a lioness sitting in a tree with her cub. Overall we had a great time and after this trip I'm confident this won't be our last safari.

Brian and Sebastian went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip.
We went on a 3 day safari to Tsavo East and West. While other groups at camp said they didn't see any elephants, we saw close to 100 of them, including many babies. We also saw a lion, zebras, jackals, hippos, antelope, and many other animals. Sebastian and Brian were committed to ensuring we had enough time to see everything we wanted to, and wouldn't drive until we took all the pictures we wanted or just to watch the animals. The camps they selected were wonderful, including the food, accommodations, and safety.

Brian the coordinator is an excellent person, he organized in detail everything I asked him for.
We spent 2 nights in two parks Tsavo East and West and I must admit it was excellently organized
he will not disappoint you in your requests and expectations, as soon as I return to Kenya I will contact him again
