Trustworthy. Capable of handling unexpected situations promptly.
Nice company! Due to the company's mistake in their work, they overcharged me $50. However, the company was able to actively identify the problem and as per my request, this portion of the money was directly given as a tip to the guide. The guide was very nice， with good eyesight， and was able to spot animals that we couldn't. He could also use mobile phones， walkie-talkies， and radios to find out where other animals were. We successfully gathered the Big Five. The flight was delayed， causing the driver who picked me up to wait for me for about an hour. But his attitude remained very good. The first day was rainy， and the company directly upgraded our accommodation from tents to hotels for free.

After safari, then Arusha day tour.
That day our guide Alex pick us up at Arusha, on the way to the materuni village we will see Kilimanjaro mountain, Alex stop the car for us to have the nice photo with this beautiful mountain.
Arrive the village we will have 1.5hours walk to the waterfall (it was so great!)and back to have the coffee which is made by our own hand(this is nice), we learn more about the coffee beans by the people at the village), we also bought some coffee beans and handicrafts for the souvenir which is made by them.
After that, we have the local lunch in there and go to the Chemka hot springs(1hour), this is so great!) the place is very beautiful and the water is so clear blue colour, have some little fish, we go swim and play the rope, if you know freedive you can try to touch the ground.
After that, finish the day tour and back to Arusha, also, they sent us to JRO airport at the next day.

Our 4-day safari through Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara National Park was absolutely fantastic.

Amazing safari experience with seeing all the Big Five!
I had an amazing experience with Swahili Safari Escape. Everything was very well organized, and the safari itself was unforgettable. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, which made the trip even more special.
Peter took great care of everything before and after the safari, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Even though my schedule was short, I was able to enjoy a very full and meaningful safari experience. I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone planning a safari.

From the second i got into contact with the Swahili safari escape team i had 100% trust, confidence, security and belief that they would deliver exactly what i wanted. I only did a short-ish tour but everything was so well organised from day dot, from arranging to meet myself in Arusha to picking me up, completing the tour and dropping me off was seamless. NO FAULTS WHATSOEVER!
I highly highly recommend this tour company to anyone out there that wants confidence when booking a tour as there are many people out there that sell the wrong idea and thought of it all from start to finish.
